What an opportunity to share and advertise to those who perhaps have not visited yet Fresko: best prices for breakfast, pizza and dishes of authentic Greek origin. Must not be intimidated by the original and kind of greasy spoon environment, after all it is a 6 years old business in a heritage building location, very convenient downtown. A must go, since the owner and operator is a true people person boasting traditional Greek hospitality all day, 8am to 8 pm. Enjoy if you chance to go there.

My husband and I were searching for a good breakfast for a reasonable price. We stumbled upon this little hole in the wall. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We were amazed at the price of the food. Once it arrived we were pleased by the portion sizes and the flavour. It was such a good deal and we payed 14 dollars for breakfast for both, drinks included. We noticed that they had good deals on pizza, so we picked one up later. It was cooked perfectly and it was very tasty. We have never been more impressed definitely recommend 10/10
If you want a super cheap breakfast then this is the place to go. Really basic standard breakfast. Two people can eat for $10. Great little gem.
Pizza by the slice was good. Thick crust but fresh. Gentlemen there was very accommodating and looks to love just feeding people. May not look like much from outside, but there is plenty of care inside.
You wait for a place like this. Looking for breakfast on a Sunday morning before leaving the city, and ultimately decided on Fresko. Definitely a greasy spoon, and maybe a bit of a gamble, but it paid off. I couldn't resist getting the lamb burger with feta cheese, which was, along with the potatoes that came with it, delicious. Great deal too, at about $8 for the combo.
Great value - excellent food - wonderful people. This cafe is an old school diner with amazing value and fantastic food. the all day breakfast special (2 eggs sausage,ham or bacon toast and real fried potatoes) is by far the best value I've seen downtown. The owners are personable and pleasant and you're certain to see some characters when your there. No pretension, just honest good food at great prices.
Great place for really cheap eats! I just got the breaky special $3.99 for 2 eggs, 2 sausage, roasted potatoes, toast, and free coffee. The potatoes where kinda bland and they don't have the pretentious organic syrups that the hippies rave about but it fits my bill.

Good and flavourful food and a variety of options, we got the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles both were great. Each time I’ve been in everyone has been really nice!
Everything about the food is amazing and Joel, the owner, is fabulous.
I’m here on a weekly basis to grab a Cubano Sanny and honestly, I can’t get enough!!

Absolutely delicious. Walked by here so many times over the past few years and finally went in yesterday. We asked for what the owner recommended and it was just spectacular. Husband asked to go back within the month!!
Just a little hole in the wall you do not want to miss! Went here for dinner last week when it was snowing and had a Cubano sandwich and it was delicious! The service was so good and the people were very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be going back to try other menu items.
Thank you for an incredible breakfast, I had the Mexican eggs - the refried beans were lovely and the whole dish was packed with flavour. The other three diners were equally impressed with the Conchinita Pibil, All day breakfast and Cuban Sandwich. The single origin coffee was also lovely. A laid back atmosphere with top tier food and service that was warm and attentive. Will be back and will be recommending to anyone who will listen. Thanks again!
Really good Huevos Rancheros yesterday. I can back to try the Huevos Rancheros Mexicans and found it even better, through I liked the Huevos Rancheros as well.
Came back again to try the tamales. I had the chicken which really tasty.
Today I am having the pupusas. Again very tasty.
Delicious Mexican sandwiches. Had the pork pibil and the cubano. Both fabulous!
Where have you been all my life! This is the best Cubano outside of Tampa I have ever had. The experience is just like going to the corner restaurant in Tampa. I am blown away. I will be back and back often!
I have been eating at Fresko Cafe multiple times a month for almost 6 years. I have never had anything other than the famous 4.50$ breakfast. It's perfect. As far as I know it is the only place in Victoria to get a reasonably priced breakfast in the morning with NO WAIT TIMES, ever. Just make your order with Nick, he owns the joint and does all the cooking too. This is a unique local venue but one that I cherish.
