Value is good am full could be plated a bit better. Parking is easy not like downtown when you go have breakfast and have a $40 ticket after you’re done. I will be back Can mex was interesting maybe less sauce I’ll try next time
This place is wonderful and has a lovely atmosphere. Lot's of variety for food, and there's something for everyone. Prices are really good and fast service. Love their specials that they run. Currently it's Burger combo for $11!
Absolutely fantastic food !
I come across this place back in 2012 and just fell in love with there food and the atmosphere of the place.
Recently was here for a deluxe cheese burger and poutine and they did not disappoint. Great quality food , very friendly customer service and very clean atmosphere.
If I was a local I’d be here a few times a week.
Very much a jewel of a place in Victoria.
What ever there doing there doing it right to be there as long as they have.
My grandfather asked me back in 2012 to check this place out as he loved it when he was living there in 1969 - 1971 said it was his go to place.
I really can’t recommend this place enough.
Really enjoy the food .
They also offer an outdoor patio as well .

One of the best places to have food around Beacon Hill Park. Don’t forget to check out the soft serve ice cream (vanilla), chicken burger and my personal favourite Fish n Chips. Food works wonderfully on your taste bud. Staff is very efficient and hardworking. Loved the in restaurant service as well. Staff absolutely deserves a raise. Highly recommended while being in Victoria especially around Dallas road. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We were in the area on a cruise, and stopped in for some poutine about 30-45 min before they closed.
Our cashier seemed new, but was nice enough. They have a $10 (CAD) minimum for credit cards.
The poutine wasn't bad. Not the absolute best I've had, but maybe 8/10. Definitely worth the stop.
While nice enough, the staff seemed slightly irritated about me only having USD, or CC, and coming in so close to close.
Down-to-earth and freshly made food that is honest and tasty. We only ordered a simple cheeseburger, onion rings, and a soft-served cone, and everything exceeded our expectations. We can tell that the food was made with care and heart. The soft-served cone was mountain tall.
And in this day and age of crazy inflation, it did not go unnoticed that Beacon Drive-in had kept their prices very reasonable, and I appreciate that.
But most important of all, their staff were friendly and pleasant in a way that made us feel they were happy to be there.

Food was really good. A nice place to stop by for lunch. We thought it was a drive through but there is actually parking and seating available. We had the eggs salad, chicken fingers, chicken burger and oyster burger. Oyster was my favorite and a definite must try. Oh the ice-cream was also certainly good.
I love this place. I've been going here for decades, since I was a kid. The location is great, being right across the road from Beacon Hill Park, and only about a block from the ocean (Dallas rd). The food is typical, yummy, diner food. The ice cream is very creamy, with lots of options for dipped flavors, sundays, etc. Being an older place, there's not a whole lot of seating inside (only a handful of booths), but there's more seating outside. There's also very little parking, but you can walk from Beacon Hill Park if you've parked there. You can order inside or at a walk up window outside. There's also an outside washroom. Service is fairly quick, and friendly.
The Beacon Drive-In is a Victoria classic. It certainly one of those places that has stood the test of time and also upgraded their offerings. Overall, the food is quite good. It's a great place to check out after a walk in the park for some ice cream treats of which there are many and the prices are all very reasonable. Overall, the staff is fantastic and ordering is both timely and efficient. There's a nice covered seating area as well as a few outdoor tables if you wish to sit or you can just walk over to the park itself and enjoy your meal.
I love Beacon Drive Inn as it is an old style business. You can eat in or take out. They have parking and it’s right beside Beacon Hill Park. Their soft ice-cream is the best! You can tell by the taste that they don’t short change on their ingredients. Check it out when you’re in Victoria!!
