Great food and ambience. We were 2 people and we were full in like 2 burrito bowls and 1 salad bowl. Our bill was around $45 and we had to pack some salad to take home. The staff was very friendly and the bowl was spicy as I like it (you get to decide the spice level). Overall a good experience!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

As I walked in at lunch rush-hour and saw the space I liked it. The restaurant itself is spacious, bright and following COVID protocol with the seating arrangements. I also noticed, as busy as it was, that there were enough staff, so the line moved very fast. The girls on the line were friendly, quick and apparent that they were well trained. The girl on cash was training and they had placed her with another girl who was right beside her also helping the line, but what was very telling was that the management of this establishment made sure that someone training was not to impact the speed and quality of customer service, and it certainly did not.
As for the food. I ordered the Steak Burrito. Visiting Vancouver from California, I'm very familiar with Chipotle, as there is a Chipotle on every corner in L.A, so it was interesting to compare. Let's just put it this way:
The steak was plenty and juicy and seasoned perfectly and all the veggies were fresh and so were the beans and the brown rice. All of it was super fresh. Not only did their station look clean but all the ingredients were fresh.
Since I was walking home with my lunch I was thrilled that they actually knew how to wrap a massive burrito.
You wouldn't believe how many Chipotles I've been to where the thing just fell apart before I even unwrapped the foil. Another thing that granted this a 5/5 was that after walking home with this massive bomb of a burrito....when I got there...the burrito was not soggy at all...not in the slightest.
You know why?! There's only one reason. Because they drain the water from the beans when they open the cans! So, the beans are not soaking in disgusting bean juice and then transferring it onto whatever you ordered. That's why.

I really like chipotle but the lettuce leaves has dust/sand on them.. they are fresh but I believe they don't clean them with water before using.

My wife went to this location to buy dinner, waited in line and as she was having our food put together told by the manager that credit cards were not being accepted because their machine was down - this was not communicated until AFTER they had started putting together the food order. My wife did not have cash on hand and even she even offered to place the order online to pay via credit card but was told that was not an option. Some unsolicited advice to management at this location - when you don't properly communicate something like this to your patrons you should at the very least take a page out of "good customer service" and not put the burden on your customer AFTER they have started having their order made. Now you've just wasted food and provided a poor customer experience.

Terrible service. They rush through the ordering process giving you a small scoop of the toppings to the point that my meal was more a like kids meal. Because of the unreasonable rush, the customer hardly has any time to think and if you even take a few seconds deciding, the employees look at you impatiently and with annoyance. The guy who served me put green salsa in my bowl without even me telling him to and didnt ask if I wanted other salsa, and then put a massive amount of sour cream and literally five strands of lettuce, some of which were half outside my bowl and touching the counter. I went when there was a short line so there was no reason for the rush. The poor service and inconsistency in the portions are off putting. Looking at the comments, my experience unfortunately, does not seem to be unusual. Date and time of visit: March 29 at 1:30 pm.
Forgot to mention, the restaurant itself is very unkempt. Tables with food bits and smears of sour cream all over, garbage over flowing, and just overall, felt very unhygienic. One would think that during a pandemic, cleanliness would be a priority. Clearly not for this Chipotle.

Really good food! I love the simple menu/options to chose from the bowl, salad, wrap etc. and then you choose your protein and veggies. You won't waste your time deciding what you want, you'll probably know within a minute. Very yummy and healthy as well! Steak bowl is my fav. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Always a big fan for chipotle. But there is a chicken bone in my salad today!!! Almost cracked my tooth!!! Pls be more careful when you prepare the meat!
