We have been coming here for years, always for Dim Sum. It is consistently good, today was no exception. We had great service, excellent fresh food, and cost us $25 each for three of us to enjoy several different dishes. Easier for us to come here than Don Mee (which is also wonderful) because some family members have mobility issues and Jade Fountain has an elevator. We will be back for more dim sum soon!

Very local Chinese. Good value. We ordered Uber eat for dinner and was great. We tried dim sum today. Quality are good. Just prob some ingredients is not the same as in Asia where the taste is not what I expected. But they are good and fresh. Should come and give it a try.
It’s one of those places that pays off to know someone who speaks Cantonese and who is friends with the owner. It’s always super packed here so making reservations is a must for morning dim sum of you don’t fancy waiting in line for over an hour. The food is always top notch though - it’s exactly what you want and expect from a dim sum joint and it’s super authentic.
I grew up with the food here and there’s something very comforting about the consistency of the taste of the food here. In 20 years I’ve been frequenting this place have I noticed any significant dips or changes to their quality and taste. The crowd, the taste, the wet table cloth haha it all makes you feel at home for those who have frequented this place since they were young.

Been here more than a few times, love the food here, probably the best dim sum I can have in Victoria! Staffs are friendly and the interior design is classic. Busy all the time, might want to go earlier to get seats.
Fast, friendly service. Loyal customers fill the tables and so there is usually a line up on weekends. Excellent turn around of food items. Wish there were less deep fried options. This is our go to restaurant for dim sum. Best dish is the wu-tow-go (taro root, rolled in a crumb and deep fried).
