Great staff at this location. Always fresh wings baked on the spot and eating pizza while waiting. They don't mind me watching Tzuyang videos while eating away on site.

They accidentally put real cheese on my veggie pizza instead of soy tonight.. (no biggie, It happens ! ) but right away they offered to send me a new one ASAP, and a very large VERY hot and amazingly Perfect pizza quickly showed up at my door. INCREDIBLE service, thank you so much for going above and beyond you guys :) 11/10!! Can’t recommend enough.

I had stopped to get a booster juice and having noticed this place a few times decided to grab a slice. Wow! I was impressed. Under 5 bucks for a good thick slice. I tried the bbq chicken. It was awesome! They have pizza specials and it says they do calzones as well. Will try again for sure!
Hands down the BEST pizza I have had in victoria in 20+ years! Ordered the Urban Veggie and a Pesto Chicken and OMG! So fresh, HOT and flavour rich! Crust was absolutely perfect. Why haven't I ever had you before Hot House? Sooooo good!!

A recent policy change has taken place where staff are required to use way less toppings. Boo! = 0⭐
Though, I imagine this change may be related to the instability of the wholesale cost of food.
So, I plan to continue supporting this local business, based on the flavor, and quality of service from staff -- who clearly put love into their pizza creations. Yay! = 5⭐
