I would like to highly recommend their conference room. I have been there on numerous occasions with various groups. The staff has always been cheerful, the service and food excellent. The room has worked well for both parties and business groups, because it has allowed everyone to move around and visit.
I am a regular at this location. We generally always have a good experience here. Fast service, good food and cheap prices! Bacon cheddar burger, zoo sticks, clam chowder are highly recommended š
White Spot is predictable and not the most amazing food, but sometimes it's nice to have a reliable option (and the kids don't argue with getting a pirate pak). Have had good service at this location the three times I've been.
Recomended. I live just a few blocks away and like many work long hours and loath fast food; For the money, the food is very good, I usually get take out here once a week, it's Always hot, ready in 15 minutes and I've never had an issue of any kind, in a pinch after a long day, I don't hesitate to order.
As per a post bellow, I stayed with the standard burger menu at first with low expectations but they were so good every time I ventured into other area's of the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Sure it's not a 5 star restaurant but the value is there and what they do serve, they serve well. I don't know about other WS's but this particular one has my full endorsement!!
Take out is always good. The take out here is always solid, accurate and on time.
Beef dip was delicious. House roasted beef with jus that isn't too salty. Spot salad is excellent.

Was very busy although we were seated in approx 15 min. The good thing about White Spot is you know what to expect. And that we did. We expected a decent meal at a decent price. Delivered in a prompt manner. no frills. no fuss.
The food here was really nice and tasty. We had the hummus and pita along with the tomato and spinach Benny. Both were fresh and were really yummy. I liked the ambience of this place. We were seated really quickly and the service was really quick and efficient. The only problem was the server who served us was a little too inclined on us finishing our breakfast quickly to a point that she wanted to clear our plates even before we completed our food. But yes, Iwr were very satisfied with the food and overall a great experience. Will recommend this place .

Definitely not enough servers were on, hence the 4 stars. We waited 50 minutes for our food, and 35 minutes for an offer for refills on our drinks.

Our server Rita was super friendly and fast! The food was pretty great and reasonably priced. I had the brie turkey dip and the turkey was way more juicy and tender than I expected. The diet coke didn't taste watered down. The Coleslaw was creamy and the endless fries were a nice touch! But please fix the guests WiFi. It was not usable.
The service was amazing. Emily C. made our dinner extra special with her professionalism and prompt responses to our requests. We both really enjoyed her sense of humor. The food was very good. Both my wife and I enjoyed our choices. Hostesses upfront were polite and worked well together as we represented the middle of a rush of customers. The only negative was the amount of salt on my seat. A quick wipe with a napkin solved the problem. Would definitely recommend this location for a great night out. I had a pale ale that was on tap. I enjoyed it very much. It also came very cold, which, for me, is a great sign that management has it all under control. We will definitely be back for more.
Food is good but... honestly, they need a bigger plate for that full ribs. I hardly had any space to maneuver my food considering I don't wolf down my side dishes before main...
Food is great, but when we sat down at the bar area, the bar was covered in food crumbs and spills. The server actually ASKED us if we wanted the table wiped down. I would have thought that was a given. (She didn't wipe it down in the end). We ordered the food, and after it came, we had to ask for napkins and cutlery. She brought napkins and cutlery and just plopped it all on the table in front of us in a pile. We set our own place settings. What ever happened to professional servers in restaurants? Nice building, good food...servers could use some training. All in all, the server was friendly, and checked on us half way through. Nothin' beats a triple O burger š
Quite impressed. Did not expect to be giving 5 stars to White Spot. Better than I remember and I remember it being great! Food was spot on (had the Cheesesteak Hash), restaurant itself was spotless and all new and fancy, and the staff were very lovely! So happy we decided to see how the okā White Spot was holding up. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
Overall, we had a very nice dining experience here. We were a family group of 6 people and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get the table. Servers were nice and friendly. Menu is nice but I wanted sausages in my order and at 12 Noon they ran out of sausages. In the middle of the statutory holiday they ran out of suppliesā¦ not good. Portioning was less. I ordered classic Benedict and it wasnāt enough for me and I was hungry after one hour again.
Though food quality, presentation, and taste was good.
Also, after ordering, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for our food to be served. That was poor and not pleasant.
So it was a nice dining experience, just that wait time after food, quantity, and not having the choice of item in an order wasnāt good enough, hence 4 stars.
We went to White Spot today for the first time for brunch and it was amazing!
Everything was cooked so perfectly! The eggs, the bacon, everything! Was so delicious! Our server was so lovely and fast and friendly.
The interior is really beautiful too. The lighting and wood interior was pretty.
There was no wait time but the place was bustling, with ample staff to match.
Was nice to see all the staff wearing orange shirts to recognize Truth and Reconciliation day.
The mimosas were SO good and even the coffee was great!
Just really impressed!
White Spot is always a great place for family dinners, they have a wide variety of choices to pick from, Kids can color here before they have their meal. They also have a good selection kids meal, and they have a children's pirate pack which is a boat with food in it. The service was great, the children really love eating here. They're also is a full license bar here so you can enjoy a beer or an alcoholic beverage.
