Spacious and clean store with a variety of options. They have regular specials on different items which is great, but you will find the cost of certain items to be quite high. If you know your prices, you can do okay here. Shop the deals and fill the gaps elsewhere. Keep in mind, not everything here is healthy and there’s still a large amount of processed foods. I would love to see more low sugar/gluten free options that aren’t the exact same as other grocery stores. Fun to t try different things but some are hit and miss. Ex: bakery sourdough bread didn’t taste traditional like other brands - no sour taste. Overall, it has the variety of everything and is a pleasant place to shop. Worth checking out to see for yourself!

Great selection, very clean, lots of vegan items. You can park underground or outside. Cashiers are really nice. There is a bathroom you can use as well. Pretty large store. They carry Very Good Butchers items, vegan salmon, vegan croissants, vegan cheeses, and a bunch of other things. Pretty well stocked.

We came here while in Victoria for a short holiday. This is a great place to buy good food. If you want to get organic food then this is the place. It is a big store, probably just as big as the one in Vancouver at Cambie and 8th. The meat is free of additives or organic. There is a big deli section and hot meals. We often go to the Vancouver store to get good quality cooked meals when we don’t feel like cooking. There are eating areas as well where you can eat or have a coffee. Prices are competitive. Some items are less expensive than at other big box grocery stores. They often have sales. Those prices will be hard to beat. Vitamins and supplements go on sale couple times a year. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I just find them friendly and reliable.

Need to teach Food safe. When the coffee milk and cream bottles are empty, don’t just pour more cream or milk in them. They need to be rinsed out. I see it all the time. That whole coffee bar needs a redo. Make a little fridge for the fillers. Add chocolate powder and cinnamon. Dump the long dead-restaurant bar. Why have recycling blocking space by the window? Add a walk up partition, open split floor so that window is put to better use.

So much fresh organic produce for very good prices comparable to anywhere else in Victoria. The reason one star is missing is because they sell animal products which is upsetting to see as animal products come from animal cruelty. I enjoy seeing their vegan products and am happy to see other vegans (animal lovers) shopping there. The employees are extremely kind, helpful, respectful and intelligent. This is my favourite grocery store in Victoria mainly because of the employees, I hope they are payed well because they deserve it with their wonderful service and welcoming energies.

The variety in this store was beautiful! I never went before until I needed truffle oil and I was in the area. I will go again! The only sad thing is the grocery prices but that's everywhere! Wheelchair accessible, friendly for all families and well layed out in my opinion

Very friendly staff. Clean and easy to navigate. They have a public restroom, water fountain and ample parking underground as well as storefront. Produce is always excellent quality.

Popped in for eggs but ended up just browsing checking everything out. Very impressed with the vegan options. But being vegetarian (plus hubby luves cheese) I also checked out the impressive cheese selection!! We know where to go when we want to have an impressive cheese board!! It’s a bit pricey but for the odd specialty item seems worth it.
