I love it here the food is great, the atmosphere is loving. I recommend it to anyone any time.

Our server was obviously experienced and dealt with everthing as it should have been.
The decor is alright, an assortment of all kinds of plants/pictures and other stuff.
I thought the pizza was good.
Edit/add: I realised why I didnt give this place a better review, it felt like I had time travelled back to the mid 1970's in Vancouver where I used to have the same excellent type pizza in places exactly like this.
Just saying.
Although I appreciate the nostalgic trip to the past, maybe a decor redo is in order?!.
I think Victown is full of people who could help come up with a great refresh.
Went for our shop Christmas lunch and was unsure but after arriving it was a lot bigger and nicer than it looks from the outside. The crab cakes were amazing as well as the calamari hat I had. All the other meals looked great! Service was also excellent. I would reccomend this place to anybody looking for great Greek food.

Fast delivery and great pizza. We decided to order from here as we just moved into the neighbourhood and have heard some good things about the place. We chose a couple of pizzas with changes for allergies, and the staff on the phone was helpful and friendly. They suggested substitutions and were honest about delivery time. Pizza came earlier than expected and was awesome. We tried two different custom pizzas the second time, and again, delivery was fast, pizza was great and staff was friendly and helpful. We are now planning a date night to enjoy some Greek food in house.
Busy place tonight and the staff coped brilliantly.
Two of us had the spanakopita , which was tasty but could have handled a little more pastry. The accompanying Greek salads were just right with a delicious dressing. We waited a very long time for over done pita bread it was too hard and we left it. One person had veal cutlet that he thorough enjoyed. We are all curious about the double carbs ... Is it necessary that meals come with rice AND potatoes ?
I was excited to try the "real New York cheesecake - made on site -- but was disappointed as it wasn't really a New York but instead the softer gelatin type and the crust was gritty with too much sugar. Two of us ordered the rice pudding ... Also disappointing it was solid, cold and packed into a ramekin.
Entrees good;desert needs a makeover !
I have been going here since i was a kid and have never had a bad meal. The pizza and pasta there are to die for. The only negative thing i can say about this place is that it can be alittle to dark inside.

Fond memories. My family ordered here lots in my life and I am a big fan of the fettuccine. Someone below was complaining of it having a "cottage cheese" look to it which I can understand it does have a bit if a lumpy look to it, but in all the many times I have ordered it has always looked like this, nothing is wrong with it. That is exactly how I remember it and it is delicious I could go for some right now.
RESPONSE TO ISLANDGROWN. In all fairness - What game exactly do you think Il Greco's was playing? over a Pasta and Meatballs? Really!
We love this neighbourhood restaurant. We've dined there many times and have never been disappointed with the food. We were disappointed when they changed the lunch menu - it seems like some of our favourites are only available at dinner now. We always leave full and happy.
The best and authentic greek food I have eaten on the island. The last time I have eaten real greek food as good as at I'll Greco was in Crete and Cyprus! Great friendly service and well priced.....deffinately will be back with more people!
Doesn't look like much from the outside but surprisingly good food and portions. Never seen a spanakopita served on a platter with rice. Prawn platter and chicken sandwich were great as well. Friendly servers.
Stopped here for lunch because I drive past it every day and never get to stop. I did today and I was not disappointed. The food here is wonderful. I had the wrapped lamb and beef Donair and it was perfectly seasoned and really well cooked. It came with a Greek salad that was amazing and flavorful. The staff there was really nice and friendly. Overall I had a lunch that I walked away smiling from knowing that I finally found a restaurant that cares about the quality of their food and the customers that come in to dine. I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.
My partner and I had a great time here at IL Greco Restaurant. Their food servings are big and the staffs are friendly and kind. On top of that the food taste great. The lasagna I ordered was so satisfying that my cravings were diminished. I definitely recommend that you try this restaurant.
New location, just down steps, from former spot. I mean, is there any other better Greek food in the City?! I absolutely love either the, chicken n Ribs/extra potatoes and or the surf and turf. Da_Mrs.. usually likes the traditional Greek dinner. While the kids always.. either pizza or hamburgers.. El Greco!! Always good happy food and vibes!!✡️🌈💯❤️🇬🇷
So well seasoned. We ordered the Greek Platter for the 2 of us, took home 3 take-out boxes after getting all fed up. Amazing! The patio at the new location is nice.
Now it is somewhat unfair to rate the atmosphere with only three starts however, we miss the old restaurant. This was our first visit since the new restaurant opened its doors. It is bright and has a large outdoor area (unfortunately adjacent to a very busy road) but it does not have the "coziness" that was attached to the original.
Fortunately, the food is up to its hight standards and the service personal and efficient. We will indeed return but (sigh) miss the old place.
Hadn't been back to this restaurant since they rebuilt it and I was impressed. It was a warm evening and sitting outside was very pleasant. The food was way better than it used to be. The service was pretty good outside but they could have put some plants or some colour there to improve the atmosphere. I'll go back.
Great lunch and pizza- the taste is authentic- but the timeless flavor of Il Greco is it's very versatile and expansive menu. We tried Baked Penne pasta (it comes with a hefty helping size) Greek salad half bowl, and Pizza 2 ways.
The portions are sizeable and you must be hungry.. We shared some plates.
Nice, small, pizzeria. Service was above average. The food was good. Prices reasonable.
I can't even tell you how delicious everything in this restaurant is, not to mention how amazing the people that work there are. The waitresses, the cooks, the Managers...wow..and the best Italian/greek food in the city FOR SURE!!! My fav is the Lasagna with meatballs but we have tried everything here and there and it is AMAZING!!! Don't order through skip or any of those, just go to their website and order!! Easier, faster! Love them!
