Very nice looking pub inside and out. The meal options are quite good, and food quality is alright. Servers are friendly. The scenery around is very pretty. The place is generally quite comfortable.
Main irks are:
1. food isn't as high quality as the price suggests, I'd say meals here should be 15-20 bucks, rather than 20-30.
2. The servers are either overly pestering, or only come round every 20 minutes.
Our waitress was five star and more! The four of us had a variety, most from the Happy hour menu…3 hot and delicious roast beef sliders, seafood chowder, half order of natchos, lemon pepper wings, ice cold beers for $6.50 a pint and my driver quite liked the non alcoholic beer.
The food came relatively quickly and it was hot and tasty. Our waitress, gave us top notch service, checking on us, offering a taster for a beer we wanted to try, and overall had a lovely friendly manner about her. The entire pub was in the midst of getting all decorated for Halloween and looked cute spooky with giant spiders and webs. And mini pumpkins. The front entrance was the best so check out my photos of the skeletons who forgot to make a reservation. It is busy on Friday nights so for a sure thing just call to reserve. It’s close to home so I can walk there. Love it!
The place brimming with ambiance and a serene touch. The service was swift and efficient, complemented by delightful food and beer. My wife was particularly taken with the picturesque garden surrounding the venue. I thoroughly enjoyed their local brew, while our son, in his twenties, appreciated the pleasant young waiter attending to us. Overall, we were charmed by the entire experience – the setting, cuisine, drinks, and vibe.
