Best in the city. Awesome food and staff. Weekly features that are always inspiring, and a solid regular menu. Very fresh ingredients. A must go to for everyone.

Best sandwiches in the city, Picnic one and two are both great (although the staff is better at number one).

Delicious Quaint Shop. I haven't been to the original PiCNiC yet, but I quite enjoyed a small lunch and coffee from the second location recently.

I had the daily salad which had avocado, grapefruit, and chickpeas. It was really good. It was very fresh, like the avocado had just been cut-up. I also enjoyed my coffee...although the combination was kind of weird, I guess I'm just not a coffee & salad person.

I really enjoyed the funny decor inside. I guess it's kind of hipster. They had head shots of animals in suits (like a raccoon in a suit). It's thoroughly amusing.

OMG! This place literally has my heart.. my husband and I were meant to go to Bear & Joey Cafe but we didn’t get seating so we walked down the road and saw this tiny cute cafe! And this place was sooo good! It literally needs to be well known!! I’ve never heard of this place before.. the food was absolutely kickass! The Chrizo Hash was the highlight but the Fried Halloumi was super delicious too! Definitely recommend for brunch or breakfast. 10/10 for sure! 🩵

Wow! Picnic created the most beautiful charcuterie boards for our store’s shop night. Melissa communicated so promptly through email and helped me pull together the catering in a few days within my budget. Thank you Picnic Team!

Love working from this cafe. They have healthy and delicious lunch bowls - can customize options, good coffee, brunch and treats. Cute patio seating in the summer as well.

My family and I decided to stop in for brunch and we were all surprised at how delicious the food and coffee was. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was nice and they had good music playing too!

Ordered the congee. As a biased person being Asian, it was not the congee I expected especially visually. This one was outstanding with colors and textures. The bold ingredients were sitting atop a bed of thick brown rice. The rice was not too viscous and also not as fluid as Asian congee would be generally. It might be close to the viscosity of oats where it will still fall out of your spoon if you tip it over but not immediately. The temperature also is quite different. I'm guessing this was about 50°C / 122°F. So eating the congee, the ingredients were grouped together and arranged quite thoughtfully. I thought of mixing everything together just like you generally would in an Asian congee, but my senses at this point whispered otherwise. So I went about my dish picking the ingredients, often combining 2-3 at a time as I was scouring away from the bed of viscous rice underneath. I found that eating it this way gives an easier time to distinguish and appreciate the flavors and textures as compared to having everything mixed together. This made the dish quite engaging as you try different combinations of the ingredients. It was light yet felt. Different from Asian congee and unique in it's way.

Really lovely owners who are always looking to support the community and make an event work for everybody. I had my wedding reception here and it was super lovely. My friends have hosted other events here as well and we’ve always been very well cared for and the food and drink are great! Highly recommend :)

Food is good, the burrito was very flavourful and wrapped well. Giving it 4 stars only because they automatically charge you 15% for tips. The only service we got was the staff bringing out our food to the table. Not sure if that warrants a 15% mandatory tip.

Amazing food for an amazing price. I cannot tell you how delicious food is here. It wasn't even busy. I just fear that over time this place will gain popularity and there will be a wait for brunch going forward. Just.so.good.

We hired Picnic as our caterer for our wedding this past summer and their service and food were PHENOMENAL! In Victoria, solid catering is hard to come by, so when we found out our favourite brunch location offered catering and was available for our wedding dates, we were thrilled. They were extremely professional, communicated appropriately and with ample time, and made the process stress-free. They provided us a variety of different menus to choose select from, with a great menu tasting a few weeks ahead of our date, to review all the dishes we would be providing to our guests. They customized the menu to provide my husband and I with dairy-free versions, and on the day of the wedding was able to accommodate a vegan guest that was missed when providing dietary restrictions. Before the first course was even served, our guests had already been raving about the delicious charcuterie boards for cocktail hour. Two months later and our guests are still raving, as are we! There was more than enough food to go around, our guests were satisfied, as were we, we only wish we could have eaten more! We would highly recommend Picnic for dining-in, takeout, delivery, and catering. You can tell their passion for food runs deep, and their hospitality will put a smile on your face! Thank you Picnic for making our day so so memorable!
