I had heard through the grapevine about an amazing family owned fish and chips joint located right on Kingsway! It wasn’t until I braved the gated window and doors one day did I discover what my life had been missing. The Sea House is run by an elderly family who are just absolutely sweet in every way! They are super accommodating and always just seem so super happy to have you there enjoying their fish.
The fish and chips here are the best! Great prices and immediate service. Definitely my go-to for quick, good quality food! This is a must for any Collingwood resident👌🏼
A must try fish and chip restaurant. Not your typical upscale eatery, but first impressions the place was spotless. The owner wipes down all the condiments when she cleans the table. I was impressed. Wife ordered the two piece fish and chips for $7.95. Comes with a commercial type clam chowder, delicious, cold slaw, fries and two pieces of light batter tasty fish. I had the combo with shrimp. It too had a light batter and was well done and tasty. If you are a family with young children that love fish and chips the Sea House is your destination. Definitely good value for your dining dollar.

Magical bang-for-the-buck. The batter is light and delicious, and the prices are very low. They offer one of the best lunches for around $5.00 in the city.
Yummy fillet. We ordered a habilut and a fillet with a salad and "chips" on the side.
Food: Very tasty. The food is freshly made. They make it after you give your orders.
Service: They only come over when you are done most of the time.
Parking: Not a problem because there is a parking lot.
