Review Roxy Burger - Vancouver

I didn’t want to rate low, but as I should be honest so I rated lower. The worse costumer service ever I experienced. Imagine you are drowning in your circumstances and want to get rid of it for a bit and jump into here, suddenly you face your customer service being tired or maybe like me drowning in her/his circumstances! When I explained the bad service he/she trying to get nice with the fake smiles. Anyways I rated based on my experience. My suggestion to manager or the owner is; please be more close and friendly to your employees. I don’t want my rating bring a gap between the employees and the manager or the owner. I will visit this place again to forget this bad experience.

Got here between 8 and 9, place was a lil empty our waitress was very friendly. Ordered the happy hour wings and was pleasantly surprised when I got drumsticks! I could hardly finish the 6 I got, imagine eating 6 chicken legs...they were good too.

Late night meal after a show at fortune sound cloud. Danced our hearts out then ate burgers. This happened the Friday the masks came off! The last time I was here was 2 years ago after the Chris lake show at the commodore. What I am saying is this is the best place to stop with your friends sit around and eat after an awesome night out. They have delicious burgers 🤤 amazing fries and the drinks are good too

We had a charming redhead waitress with a nice smile. The Mac and Cheese was AMAZING! Definitely not the cheapest place when it comes to drinks, the food is reasonable and well worth it. Would return :)

I’ve always had a warm welcome and great service at Roxy burger, great for sports, love the food, the yorkshires are a absolute win. Staff are always fun and make me want to go back to see them. Great place for a late night feed and good vibes

Food and drinks were good as usual but had the most uncomfortable interaction with our waitress that I’ve ever had. She seemed very angry about her own mistake and thought that giving us attitude and blaming me was the way to go about it. As a waiter myself I found it both comedic and disappointing, but definitely a memorable birthday.

Mara! Girl, you are incredible. Thank you for being accommodating and kind! We felt like we were at home. We had a great night, and thanks to you it was perfect! We’ll be coming back to order from you! <3

Great food and a great deal. I had the California burger and will definitely be coming back again for lunch. Make sure to ask for a punch card for a discount if future purchases.

I got a Thai Chicken Burger had one bite and the chicken was raw on the inside not slightly pink but completely raw. The server took it back and offered to swap it. I changed to a Beef burger with added Banana peppers. I received a mediocre burger with no peppers like i asked. I received the bill which the server gave me 40% off. Thats all well and good but after serving me uncooked chicken and potentially trying to give me salmonella poisoning then not giving me my correct order the second time if that was my business i would of comped the whole meal (which was under $20 no big deal) to make the customer somewhat happy after such a disappointing lunch.

My boyfriend and I came for dinner on a Friday evening. His burger and poutine were delicious, however my burger and fries were burnt. Our waitress was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. They took care of all of our food and we only had to pay for our alcohol. We weren’t expecting that at all. It was easily a mistake that our food was burnt, but we were well taken care of after the fact, thank you for the great service!

Great servers and bartenders! Love the cheap drinks and the wings. Favourite place on Granville street

We have lunch there once or twice a month and get the best burgers and fries in Vancouver. Some mixed reviews from friends that go late night though. All good with me!

Food was decently priced, quality about what you would expect but their soda fountain drinks are not good.

Good after club/drinking grub! Decent burgers - even the veggie burger is fantastic. No debit though - bit of a cash grab forcing you to use their ATM at the front for additional profit. #lame

Roxy is a good option for a late night bite if you're out around Robson street or Granville. Can be avoided on the weekends though because the crowd in the area can be crazy.

The food itself is quite alright, burgers are better than a fast food joint for sure. The staff is nice and friendly, who doesn't like that.

The ambiance is average and the place looks like it could do with bit of a facelift.

Would recommend for a late night bite!

Got my burger order wrong. I have allergies so I had to wait for them to remake it. Wasn't that great of a burger. Place was pretty empty when I walked in, maybe I should have taken the hint.

Food was average but ambience was better. If you want to drink and have normal food then it is a great choice. Been at heart of Granville street really a plus point for this place.

This place offers great service and great drink prices. Their food tastes good too, although the prices are a bit high for the type of food it is. All this in the heart of Granville!

Diana. Loved the Breakfast Sandwich, cooked just right. It's a great way to start the day or to have anytime.

Stopped in sper of the moment and and thought it was great. Friendly staff and great burgers, what more could a man ask.

Wrap tasted like cardboard. Cesar salad had way to much chews largely shredded and didn't taste quiet right. Veggie burger was ok but the paddy was slightly burnt and had while pieces of corn, carrots and peas in it which made texture not so pleasant. The place itself is nice wih small padio and welcoming interior.

Good food after a late night of good times! One of the better poutines out there and the cheesy puff's are fantastic. Thanks for the late night drunk grub!!

Been Drinkin' - Need some eatin'?. Where Vancouver's drunks meet for a late nite snack.

I have always ordered the same thing. A Roxy Burger, fries, and a order of onion rings. I have enjoyed every Roxy Burger I've ever eaten. They are a big messy burger and hit that special spot that starts to clear your head after a night of too many beers.

The ambiance is very dineresque. They have TVs. They have a bar. It works.

The service can be spotty. At times, it is blazing fast. At others, it can be difficult to get someone to acknowledge that you are there.

The wrap up is that if you are hungry for some late nite greasy food then the Roxy Burger can hit the spot.

Nothing special about the burgers. I liked the location and layout of Roxy Burger but I didn't think the burgers were particularly special or unique. Prices were expensive for burgers, but I used an entertainment book coupon. Would be a great place to watch the (hockey) game though - many TVs in strategic locations so that every seat is a good view!

Cardboard would best descibe the patty in my Cali burger.

A good experience. I have eaten here two times. Once it was really busy - there was a game on that evening - and the second time it was a quiet weekday lunch. Food was consistent both times - good quality and reasonably priced. Great classics like the hamburger and well thought-out fusions like the thai chicken burger. Awesome chipotle dip. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating of special requests and orders were filled quickly.
Vancouver's Best Burger
Roxy Burger starts off with a fresh Angus steak patty (you can also have buffalo, turkey, salmon, lamb, tuna, chicken or veggie) splayed out on your choice of a Kaiser or whole wheat roll. The patty is light on seasoning and relies on the fact that you, as a burger lover, enjoy the flavors and simple nuances that an all-beef patty provides. To call the patty juicy may be an insult to the burger juice fairy, as this patty oozes burger goodness from first bite to last. The bun is fresh and airy, providing great juice absorption and ample squeeze to ensure that your grip doesn’t falter during consumption.

Roxy Burger is a pub in the heart of downtown serving burgers daily until 4 am. I tried their tuna burger ($11.25) and was actually slightly disappointed. The description on the menu says "6 oz sushi grade tuna steak", but the tuna wasn't very fresh and had a pretty strong fishy freezer taste. The wasabi mayo was too overwhelming for me as I could feel it rushing to my head as I was chewing. Even after the meal, my head felt kind of heavy for a long while. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to wasabi, who knows... On the other hand, the Thai chicken burger ($11.50) was delicious. I didn't take a picture because it looked similar to the tuna burger except the filling was chicken. The lightly marinated chicken breast was juicy and tender. It went really well with grilled banana peppers, a juicy pineapple ring and tangy garlic mayo. The roasted chicken clubhouse ($8.95) was not bad either. The chicken was really tender just like in the chicken burger. The sandwich was triple decker, so there we

Last week, I blogged about the Santa Claus Parade. Of course, being an event that occurs around noon means I would either eat before or after it. In this case, it was before. The question was… Where? While Granville Street is known as the Entertainment Di
