Ate here on Christmas Eve around 2pm and it was horrendous food. The focaccia recipe is not the same as it was and this dish I ordered was close to disgusting. The Alfredo sauce was soupy as you can see and that is not linguine. The Caesar salad was more like mayo salad and didn’t even have any garlic in it. The management has changed and this place will lose all its regular customers. Service was good so I still tipped my usual 20% but I did let them know their food is awful. DON’T GO HERE!!!🤮

Hi, I just received my order from Lombardo through Uber Eats, and for some reason it didn’t give me an option to review. I used to eat at Lombardo all the time and loved their pasta and their salads used to be amazing.
I ordered the lasagne and the mista salad as well as a seafood penne.
It came to almost 80 dollars. And I have never been so blatantly ripped off from a restaurant in my life. Take a look at the pictures and tell me that’s an 80 dollar meal. The lasagne was less than the size of my palm, the penne was gross and skimpy too, and the salad is just literal lettuce slices finely chopped. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to waste large amounts of your hard earned money!!! I’m so so mad and upset this order felt like a slap in the face!

My partner took me here for dinner tonight and it was the best experience, best Valentine’s Day. The decoration everything felt super cozy and the music was great. The food was absolutely amazing, generous portions decent prices. The pizza and pasta had great Italian flavors, can’t wait to come back here and try it again with family.

Used to always go there every month before COVID, today was the first time dining in since covid and the experience was terrible. honestly if you want people to support your business please respect what you do. the pizza was good but pasta was cold, we told the server but the server was like "it is like this" ... the coffee was also TERRIBLE. honestly if you don't know how to make a simple coffee then don't put it on your menu.

Unfortunately a big disappointment. This salad was 12.00 l, just look at the tomatoes? I had to request basil once I received it. They said the basil isn't very good ? Well a warning before ordering would have been nice.

Save your money. Go else where.definitley not worthy of being listed along side Vancouver's other Italian establishments like pepinos🔥

Had a birthday celebration here Saturday night. We were seated quickly as I had made a reservation earlier. Good service, nice waitress who checked in regularly. Shared two salads, calamari, pizza and pasta. Everything was very tasty and fresh. My husband ordered one pasta that he did not like, we told the waitress. The manager came over immediately, apologized, and offered to replace it with something else. We really appreciated her professionalism and courtesy. We enjoyed our meal, would definitely recommend others to try it. We will be back �

Service went downhill, overpriced dry chicken... there was absolutely no excuses for that:-/ overall food was ok but the service was beyond disappointing.

We went there yesterday with a group of 10 and 2 kids. . Spaghetti was over cooked. Linguini and clams had no flavour. Ran into a co worker there as we were getting there she was not happy either with her pasta! Huge room for improvement. Don’t think Wewill be going back there again.

Service was so bad! Didn't tell me there was a birthday cake cutting fee of $2.00 per person when I told them prior to it and when I got there I said I will not do that then and they still bring it out. Charged my friend $5.00 for a side of sauce when their seafood linguine wasn't that good. The server we had did not have a good attitude throughout the night of course as there was gratuity 18% already added to the bill.
Their pizza was alright , dough and sauce needed more flavour. The homemade pasta was very nice. Sadly the only good thing is the focaccia bread! Won't be coming back as it was a disappointment mostly for my boyfriends birthday.

I LOVE THE FOOD AND SERVICE THERE. 4 adults and one baby, ordered two appetizers, two large pizzas, and one lasagna.....and we couldn't finish. FOOD = all good, and service = great. Would definitely head back again.
