nice place to grab a quick bite. their vermicelli and bahn mi (sub) dishes are above average. they do not have a washroom, so be aware of that when visiting this place after some fun at the beach

Pho used to be one of the best in town, this last two times the soup has been very oily, meat portion are nice though. Flavour of the soup is ok. Not the best pho in town not the worst! Cheap prices, good location, ok service.

friendly staff. friday around two. got seated right away. 10 table seats and 7 counter seats. small restaurant. ordered the lemon grass chicken on rice plus spring roll. food took a little longer to come.

#28 Hu tieu chua cay do bien. Super tasty. Came with two fish fillets and two decent sized prawns as well as the usual fish balls. $11.55 ex tip with free green tea. Highly recommended

I have to say it was really not a nice experience. Last winter I was there and trying to walk through two small table to get a seat.
A chill sauce jar which was on the very edge of one of the small table dropped off cause it was really narrow between the two tables ( I am not big just about 50lbs) and in winter I had a jacket in my hand.
The jar dropped off and was broken. I felt so sorry and apologize to a young girl who works there by the cashier. And I was trying to cleaning. She said it was fine she would take it.
Later on when she was cleaning, I said sorry again to her. She said it was okey as long as you pay for it.
After eating at the moment for checking the bill, the answer of the extra $ 10 was $5 for the jar and $5 for the chill sauce. Come on! it was just a one-dollar-value-small-oily-glass jar. I guess the staffs probably have responsibility to keep everything in a right and safe place right? No body even asked me if I got hurt from the jar. I paid and even paid tips but since that I never come back again.

Wow! Five of us are her had two orders of #19 beef soup, hot wings, shrimp salad roll, pork and rice need and noodles. All of it was just delicious and very reasonably priced. Waitress was nice, and brought us another jug of water. Don't usually rate anything but this place deserves the 5 star. Awesome view too.

super friendly wait staff, cute shop, lots of great gifts and nice wine selection, and then there was the food.......WOW, delicious! I had the lowlander sandwich, which is ham and brie with the most amazing onion jam and chutney and bean salad on the side. Well, what a treat. I'm in town for a few days and all I can think about is going back. The toasty bread, the melty cheese, the sweet chutney.....ahhhhhh. A must do when you are within 20 miles of this place!!!

We had lunch at Southern Plenty on Saturday and it was great! Chris and the kids had deli sandwiches and I had a salad. My daughter wasn’t even hungry and ended up with the biggest sandwich. She ate the whole thing! My son who is not a big eater ended up getting a second sandwich! My salad was fresh and the citrus dressing was delicious! To finish off our meal I was gifted with a Mother’s Day cupcake from the staff and the rest of the family had some as well. They did not disappoint! The kids can’t wait to go back and we’re looking forward to it too!

I had the Tomato Pie and it was terrific. The tomatoes tasted like they were fresh from the garden. Carrot cake to go was delicious and a huge portion. Great experience!

When you go, you absolutely have to get a Black Raspberry milkshake! Made from Homestead Creamery ice cream. It's the best. If ice cream isn't your forte, get the Buttermilk cheesecake with berries. Delicious!
