Stayed at Coast Hotel for a team meeting and we had our Happy Hour here twice. Their appetizers were good and drinks too. They accidentally overcharged my boss but they were very apologetic about it and ensured we get our appetizers free the next day. Great service, great location and good food. Price was okay too.

Enjoyed the dine out experience at Preston's. Food was really high quality and loved the flavours and ingredients seemed fresh. Portions are a little smaller but still fantastic value. Service also top notch. I feel the ambience could be improved as the restaurant felt a little dated and more like a sports bar.

We ordered room service for breakfast and they made the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had. Amazing! 🙌

No clear entrance to the restaurant so we entered through the patio where we were not acknowledged for 5 minutes so we walked around to find someone to help. The server working was very pleasant and did a great job overall.
Found it very strange that the restaurant was dead, but the food took a long time to come out. Also, when we got our appetizer which was brought to us by the manager, the toast was burnt (see photo). Horrible quality control...... Not sure why a restaurant downtown would serve visibly burnt toast.
Ordered the BLT and the flavour was great but ne warned it was extremely soggy because of the amounts of tomatos in the sandwich which caused a mini flood on my plate.

Went in for happy hour and got ripped off. Was told about wine being on happy hour, and then asked for a white wine was during ‘happy hour’ and was asked if I wanted 6 or 9oz, had two 9oz glasses expecting the happy hour $1 per oz, got the bill ($34.95) and was told only the 6oz is on happy hour. Manager needs an education.

I would have given a better review except the Manager (??) came to turn the volume OFF on the TV that was playing the Canucks game in the bar area. He said it interfered with the music... Fine, but he also said he could "hear the game" when the volume was at zero. Wow. Anyways, Aiden was the bartender and he was awesome. Personable, attentive and a great guy! Food was REALLY good - we had a bunch of appies and they were great. Highly recommend the Korean wraps! Also, they didn't gouge on the wine prices. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food, good staff, great service every day of the week except Sunday. Ate here almost every day of the week on my stay at the Hotel. It had been a fantastic experience. On my last day I stopped in for lunch and this was the one and only day my experience was well below standards. We had to basically had to seat ourselves after approximately 5 minutes of standing waiting for some one to even acknowledge we were there. When we were seated there was no apology for our wait despite the fact we were really the only people in the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and the brought the complete wrong thing ;hungry and frustrated, we accepted the food they brought as we had had it earlier in the week and it was phenomenal. This attempt at the dish however was sub par. It was dry and tasted stale and was almost cold. So to anyone wanting to go here do so every other day of the week other than Sunday. The food when it is done right is absolutely amazing.
