Wow, the bison burger is delicious and juicy. I had my share of bison burger from other restaurants but Timber perfected it. Everything is made from scratch and in house.
The fries is crispy and cooked perfect. Even the ketchup or tomato sauce is good.
WHAT THE FRUIT cocktail is good as the fruit puree is made from seasonal fruits. I would order this cocktail instead of the cider. It's not bad but I prefer Strongbow or Somersby cider.
The service is great as the waitress is friendly. I appreciated that when she asked how I want my burger cooked (believe I was surprised when she asked me that) and gave chef's recommendation to have the burger cooked "medium."
Question for owner/manager: Is the tomato sauce made in house?

Visiting Vancouver. Great cheese curds the rest was average. We sampled the cheese curds, wings, mac and cheese and poutine. We’ve had great poutine in various places in Quebec and hope other spots here in Vancouver but this was not it. The cheese curds were delicious and had a little spice from the jalapeño. The rest was average. The margarita we had was very weak. The environment was airy and light which made it relaxing. Our server was super friendly.

Good beers with a unique shape for pints. You can see that in the picture. I also liked the food here. The Montreal smokey meat sandwich was good. It was a little salty but I liked it. I also really liked the burger. The service was also good and fast. The only reason I don't give it a five-star, is because it is not fancy like it's neighbor Forage.

Went for dineout Vancouver with a friend and the special $15 three course menu is absolutely AMAZING! We loved it so much that we came back the next day to try the other option, but I would definitely come back again purely for the drinks ( the sussex row cocktail is honestly one of my favorite drinks I've ever had ) and the $5 snacks.. the salad and dressing was positively delicious too!!

Forage was full so we tried this place and was quite amazing. Seats are very spacious, waitress is very friendly. Lots of selection for brunch and everything is tasty. Will visit again for sure.

Lively and open bar/restaurant with a good selection of beer and pub fare. The space is large and open with ample seating in both restaurant and bar area. Outdoor seating in warmer weather. Food is ok. Friendly staff but service can be slow at busy times.

Great spot to catch a beer and a bite. The service was great. Staff was friendly and willing to give details on the different drinks they were making. The food was exceptional and I encourage everyone to try the poutine.

The service at Timber was amazing, the food was delicious and paired perfectly with the excellent and very local beer and wine menu! We love visiting Vancouver and this will now be our go to place for the best locally sourced menu and drinks! Can't wait to come back!

The service was great and the poutine was yummy! The only thing that moved it down from 5 was the portions were a little small and the fish option was boring - I think they were sizing to fit Dine Out $ category but the fish option didn’t seem to fit with the fresh local fare niche they seemed to be holding out. The Bison Burger was fabulous

Just stopped in for a beer or two..it was happy hour! Great service,very attentive. Ended up ordering some 1/2 price appys that were really tasty! We couldn't believe that our bill was under $30😯..it was a great little break in our day😃

Amazing Super friendly staff, Amazing food and Amazing atmosphere. Had my birthday here on Saturday evening and the management and staff went out of their way to make my evening wonderful. They even gave me a birthday beavers tale with candles and sang me Happy Birthday. Was so happy.

Server was excellent the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. Food was fantastic, excellent homemade ketchup. They accommodated our request to watch an out of town sports team play twas beautiful and they even changed the volume so we could hear the game, without hesitation .
