10 out of 10 dining experience. Comfortable, upscale ambience, friendly, attentive service, extensive, well-priced wine list and the food is pure perfection. This was my first time dining here but it will not be my last. Everything was exceptional but I will return especially for the bone marrow.... and the pasta.. and the oysters.... and the lamb shank..

It was my first time dining at C- Prime and I had an amazing dining experience. Every single dish had rich flavors and I would go back just to eat the dishes I tried again. Favorites included the Barrata salad! The Tortellini. The halibut. My friend had the short rib and that was amazing as well. Presentation was beautiful and stood out. Im going again with new friends next week. A restaurant, you must try for yourself!

The food was good and super filling. Ordered the tuna tartare, tortellini and gnocchi and they all had great flavours, but I was most impressed with their customer service especially from Judy who was welcoming, easy going and proactive.

Wow wow wow! I am still blown away by c-prime! It was my first but definitely not my last! First let’s talk service - 11/10 Judy our server was very attentive and professional, and Matthew had great puns thanks for taking such great care of us :) Now let’s talk about the food. We got the pork belly, bone marrow, tortellini with crab, ribeye and a chocolate mousse. Chef Zolnasr just exceeded all of our expectations! The pork belly with truffle was crispy on the outside but just melted in our mouths, and the truffle flavour just popped out so vibrantly! The bone marrow - this dish not only was it so tasty it was an experience to get your hands dirty and eat it! The tortellini - wow! The lobster bisque it was served with was so so good. You could tell the pasta was very fresh and there was the perfect amount of crab and lemon on the inside. The ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts! Perfectly cooked and the texture of the garlic mash and crispy spouts just added an extra kick! And lastly to finish (if you’re still reading!) you can’t leave without trying the chocolate mousse. The crumble and bourbon ice cream just gave it a great touch! I am so excited for the new menu coming out in a couple of weeks and I will 100% be back! Thank you for a spectacular night!

One of Vancouver's hidden gems, with one of its best talents, @Chefbehshad. This place is truly amazing... 1)The hospitality - Both front and back of house are very friendly and super polite 2)The Atmosphere - Very aesthetic, it gives you a New York steakhouse vibe with a modern twist (without breaking the bank) 3)The Steaks - All in house dry aged, perfectly cooked to what temperature you ask. When you ask for medium rare that's what you receive not medium well but perfect medium rare 4)The Pastas - Highly recommend getting the Tortellini with a steak it comes packed with crab and the sauce is to die for it turns your dinner into a surf and turf delight 5)The Dessert - Made in house and not brought in like a lot of other places will do (The tiramisu was a deconstructed version which brought new flavour profiles and textures to a classic) 10/0 would recommend everyone to try this amazing olace out once, and be sure to thank the staff and chef if you enjoy your meal. They really make you feel at home when you are there.

I had a fantastic experience here. Everything we ate was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. This place should be at minimum at 4.7 rating. It is a gem and I will most definitely be back soon. The bone marrow and pork belly as appetizers …. I can still taste them. Words cannot describe how good this meal was and I haven’t even gotten to the steak yet! Wagyu plus garlicky brussel sprouts and fried potato cubes cooked to perfection. You seriously have to try this place out if you haven’t already.

Best Spaghetti arrabbiata I had for a long while. If you stay at the hotel, their breakfast is pretty good. Classy place, excellent service. I love the fact that the kitchen can be seen through a window.

Definitely one of the most memorable dining experiences I've ever had. The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful, making you feel all warm and cozy upon entering. You can tell how much thought and care was put into creating the new menu by Chef Behshad as each dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a side of roasted potatoes and the bone marrow to start, both of which were incredible. I kept scraping at my empty bone marrow hoping for more. We then had the crab tortellini which was stuffed with fresh crab and perfectly paired with a rich and creamy lobster sauce. We also enjoyed the lamb shank entree which included saffron risotto and the best brussel sprouts ever. The lamb was also cooked perfectly - the juicy meat fell right off the bone. We finished off the night with a delicious chocolate confection of dreams. Our server Sam was also an absolute delight and gave us the perfect drink recommendations based on both our personal preferences and what would pair well with our food. The staff were all super attentive and thoughtful, and were quick to refill our waters, replace our cutlery, etc. Highly recommend enjoying a night out at C|PRIME and checking out their new menu. You'll definitely be left wanting more.
