Not A True Steakhouse. Even though their name claims they're a steakhouse, the quality of their steak doesn't do it justice.
Unfortunately, I would have to say that their lunch meals taste better than their dinner courses. If you're there for lunch you'll definitely get your money's worth. The lunch specials aren't bad and they're not expensive either.
The service is lacking even during their tea time hours.

Lunch with Free WifI. Had lunch today with my friends (C9), they have Free WifI thr the dinning room .... lunch from 5.99 to 10.99 with soup and tea.

The combo came with two lobster bisques and warm bread and butter. I always love eating their bread buns here because they’re always perfectly warm. The butter just melts right into it. :) The lobster bisques were very hot and smelled like lobster even though I didn’t really see any lobster meat in it.

My absolute favourite in Firefly is the Black Peppercorn Chicken Steak. The skin of the chicken is crispy and the meat is moist and juicy which makes you want to scoop more rice with the delicious sauce into your mouth. And for that special indulgence, order a sunny side fried egg with your chicken steak and you will not regret it. To accompany your delicious protein, I would almost always order an iced Ying Yeung tea which is an iced drink of equal parts coffee and tea with sweetened syrup for you to add as desired. It has become a weekend tradition of mine. If the large portion of the sizzling chicken meal does not satisfy you, you may like to order the Corned Beef with Egg Sandwich to snack on at home because I sure did.
