This is a decent size establishment in a conjusted strip mall.
Food:
There are so many items on the menu that it can be overwhelming. The lunch specials are very good. Prices ranging from 6 -8. The portions were suprisngly decent.
Beef with chillies - flavourful & seasoned well. Came with white rice and boiled broccoli and Kimchi.
The BBQ chicken kabobs (3) - though seasoned well, I didn't like how the fat around them was chewy (not barbecued enough).
Service:
Not the greatest. It's slow
I live in Mississauga. And I come to this restaurant with my friends and family every week. It’s great food, very good service, and very good prices. I love this place and all my friends do too.
I'd like to preface this with the fact that I'm not much of a fan of Chinese food (authentic or otherwise) despite having grown up on it. I came here for Mothers' Day. There was a small wait to be seated. The place is filled with loud conversation, the walls decorated with various Chinese stringed instruments and tapestry. Service was quick and friendly, especially attentive with keeping our pot topped up with tea. The Waitress was quick to recommend popular dishes. Meat skewers are a must-have here, especially the lamb (big plus if you can take heat) . A drawback to the menu was that all the dishes ordered seem to have the same flavour profiles just in different platforms (ex. Homemade noodles, naan, Chinese pancake etc). That said, everything was delicious. I will definitely return with friends.
