Nice ambiance, a good place next to the water. we ordered oysters, fish&chips, chowder, lobster rolls, mussels and salad. The quality of the food is average. Especially the mussel and chowder were above average. Their beers are pretty good. Prices are expensive compared to the rest of Halifax. Service is very good. They are very polite, friendly and fast.

Decided to try this place because of the beautiful patio they had and I was pleasantly surprised.
There was a small waiting time for being seated and getting the food too but we personally didn’t mind as we still got out drinks right away once we were seated.
I ordered a Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich(Nashville) with fries and my friend had a Garden Burger with Berry salad. I also decided to try one of the beers they had on tap. The chicken burger was really crunchy and spicy and thankfully wasn’t too big to take a bite out of. There was a massive size of fries on the side which I appreciated. The garden burger was also fantastic as per my friend and is a great option for vegetarian/vegan people. The salad was fine, nothing great but not bad either. Also, loved the beer as I haven’t tried anything from Gahan house previously but I loved it.
We also ordered Deconstructed S'mores for dessert. I personally enjoyed it although the portion size was not massive.
Our waitress Megan was wonderful and helped us with all requests right away.
I’ll definitely be keeping this place on my dine-in books in Halifax. The patio is beautiful and it makes me for lovely spot on a nice sunny day at the waterfront.
We went tonight for the first time & had an amazing experience! Our waitress, Jade, was lovely! She was friendly, efficient and was quick to make things right. We had the PEI Chips to start which were amazing. I had the fish tacos and my partner had the lobster roll. The fries were amazing as was the lobster roll. I didn’t particularly like the tacos, which I told Jade and she immediately made things right by taking it off our bill and I had the lobster roll instead. Amazing drinks and a beautiful view of the Halifax harbour. Overall such a great time. We will be back!
Had my first whole lobster 🦞 experience here. Honestly, it was very expensive but a wonderful experience. Sitting outside was spectacular. Our server was friendly and efficient.

We had a wonderful time this afternoon! Such a kid-friendly restaurant. The staff were all smiles for our 2 & 3 year olds. Nice kids menu with big portions for $10, drink and dessert included. They also had a colouring page and crayons.
I had the fish tacos, they were perfection. The virgin Strawberry mojito was such a treat too 💗
Great atmosphere, the views are great, local drinks a very cold and the food is 5 Star. First time there and I will be back. If you are with friends or family, this place is for you. I honestly hate sea food, and I loved the muscles. They make amazing food however portions aren’t too large.
What a nice spot to have dinner on our first night in Halifax. We sat outside near the water and watched boats go by as we ate. I had fish tacos and my husband had the Brewsky burger. We both really enjoyed our meal. I also had a pumpkin ale with a sugar and cinnamon rim which was delicious. The service was really good here, too.
Beautiful View at Sunset -duh. Was pleasantly low decibals to the rest of the Buslin' Boardwalk -so the escape from that was Solace. The fancy fries were worth the $4 Upgrade -the single Scallop was not. I ain't guna Lie it was the best lil Scallop therefore I vote Double It in size to make it Definitely worth It. Continuing On... Disappointed in the Sangria's absence of Berries -$13 glass I expect more Boujee then simply a Lemon & Lime garnish. The elegant fries made up for it Though.
Update: We stopped by again for some drinks and oysters recently.
I had a couple of the Gahan fall pumpkin pints which is an excellent beer. I ordered some Nova Scotia oysters and they plump and tasted great.
We stopped by for some drinks and oysters. The drinks were very good. The oysters were very tasty and fresh. The food looked really good but we just did not have the time to stop and eat. The patio is nice as it is on the waterfront. The service was excellent too.

Listen, my favourite food that I absolutely have to get at any restaurant is a starter caesar salad. And this place is top 3 for me. Good portions, perfect amount of dressing and toppings, and I *think* the croutons are homemade and they were *chef’s kiss* - light and airy with the perfect flavour to complement the salad.
The chicken burger was also one of the best I’ve had. The coating had a great taste to it that I haven’t had before, and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The coleslaw and mayo gave it the perfect consistency between not too dry and not too over saucy and the pickles of course gave it that yummy tang. Fries were delicious, perfectly crispy and perfectly salty. Gravy was yum too. My husband got the beef burger with the jalapeño jam and it was also so good. Perfectly cooked, not too thick and the jalapeño jam was the perfect amount of spice where there’s a zing to it but not to where you’re taking a sip of water after every bite. Everything was so good. 10/10 recommend and will come back if we visit Halifax again.
Oh and we sat waterfront and it was great views!
