Big space with many tables, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and lots of fantastic vegetarian/vegan options.

Super cute little spot with kind and friendly staff but I'm not here to review the establishment. No. My life was changed when I ate the vegan power wrap.
First off, I'm not a vegan. Secondly, I love eggs, I love sausages, I love breakfast food in general.
This wrap has no eggs, no sausage but let me tell you, it was incredible. I don't even understand what's in this fella but oh god it is delicious. There's some sort of maple sauce in there and honestly? It might be crack. I just ate it this morning and I want it again. I want to drink a full cup of this sauce through a straw. I want this injected straight into my veins.
Eat this at your own risk. You will love it. You will love it the second time. It will take over your life and it will be all you think about every waking moment of your life.
I dropped in quickly while walking to work, and I was very impressed. The staff member I dealt with was kind, welcoming, and quick with my order. The drip coffee was warm and very good. As well the PB cookies I had were fantastic. The space was cozy and cute. Will 100% be back, sad it took me this long to go in the first place!
A terrific coffee shop ... support local! While I was in there a "homeless" person came in. He was very polite. I bought him a coffee and the person serving gave him a toasted bagel for free. How wonderful is that!! Now that's a real community coffee shop. Oh, and the decaf coffee was superb, and was served in a proper mug, no disposables.
The coffee here is amazing, the bagel with cream cheese is all that too. I look forward to trying out the other menu items sometime soon! Prices are also very reasonable.
Decent spot with great coffee! Baked goods were solid and iced Americano was excellent. Atmosphere is a bit weird but there's a good chance that's just the middle of the day on a Thursday. Staff were kind and considerate. Recommend it if you're in the area and looking for a place to meet a friend or do some quiet work alone.
It's alright. It would be great to have more breakfast options but in all honesty it is not specifically a breakfast place. The coffee is good, they also serve beer, the ambiance is nice and the prices are quite reasonable. Located inside the Theater Lofts.
Definitely an excellent place had an amazing cup of coffee. Awesome. Little place on a busy road just can't wait to go back.
The Nook is a great place to have a meal, close up with a book/laptop, and just relax. They have a good selection of drinks and music. They are vegan friendly.
Just on my way to an appointment this morning and was looking for a place to have breakfast. This place was recommended to me. And I'm delighted that I came here. The service is great who is excellent people are friendly and I highly recommend this place for the Wake me up wrap, it's delicious!
Love love love this little spot. Excellent menu and wide selection of food that suits all dietary requirements/preferences. Coffee was fabulous as well. I like that I can get all kinds of drinks including alcohol.
My favourite part is of course that the nook supports their community directly; that is so important.
