Great food. Amazing waiter. So funny. If you like schnitzel, you will love this place. One of our party had the scallops in lobster sauce. He said it was delicious.

Great food and service. Nice and quiet setting.
Furniture needs an upgrade. Good prices and generous portions. I had the quiche and BLT which had the perfect amount of bacon. Not too much. Not too less. Ideal level of crispy. The cream of asparagus soup was thick and tasty. Not too salty like some places make them.
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Cute location with pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. We ordered the raclette to start and schnitzel for mains and they were divine. Each bite of the cabbage that came on the side transported me back to my childhood. I can't wait to come back, just wish it could be sooner!
Amazing, quiet and rustic atmosphere! I lived in Germany for 4 years and the food here is extremely authentic and delicious! The Basil Onion pie was just like I used to eat when I lived there, and the schnitzel and spaetzle is the real deal... Made me miss those days. Service was great and super friendly - even conversed in German a little! Will definitely be back!
I had the striploin with creamy peppercorn sauce and my dining partner had the legendary wienerschnitzel. The steak was so good I almost cried. It was sizable and cooked perfectly medium rare all the way through. The sauce for the steak was amazing and was similar to their mushroom sauce which came with the schnitzel. I would highly recommend this restaurant; the service and quality of food were top notch. They have limited seating so reservations are recommended, but they were able to seat us right away later on a Sunday evening.
A wonderful spot and the best place for dinner in the beautiful town of Sidney. The service is good, the staff are welcoming and the decor is charming. Always nice to have a fresh rose at your table on a date. Delicious authentic Swiss cuisine and large hearty portions. I always order the pork schnitzel and at $25 dollars you get two large perfectly fried schnitzels, red cabbage, spatzel and vegetables. Whenever you are craving some schnitzel this is your place.
A customer at the store I work at named Hazel and Steve from Montana highly recommended me to try this restaurant. They told me a story about the owners and how they are close friends who lived in Switzerland before moving to Canada years ago. I decided to promptly check it out and hastily arranged a dinner with my family. Great food with good prices for what you get. Much cheaper than when I went to Switzerland with my father. Turns out i ate schnitzel there 3 years ago on the exact same day I went to this restaurant here.
The only thing is the seating is a little squishy. The decor and the atmosphere screams “Switzerland”! However it is a little cramped.
Again great food, you MUST check it out for an authentic Swiss experience. And do try the peopercorn schnitzel!
Upon entry you immediately feel as if you have stepped into a cafe in the middle of Switzerland. The decor was intricate and the host was welcoming and warm. The menu was fantastic, so many option to suit your tastes. The food was amazing... Must get the schnitzel France... We were lost for words. For a small bistro in Sidney it was a pleasant surprise. The waitresses were personable and entertaining and took time to learn a little about you. Highly recommend this restaurant for a couple going out or a family dinner. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars.
Food, service, and atmosphere were great. The schnitzel was a bit dry, but I think it would have been great with the mushroom sauce (next time). Rosti was amazing and a friend had the burger and fries which were delicious. Will be back, recommended!
I love the schnitzel and you really must order the homemade Mushroom Gravy it is delicious. The spaetzle is nice and light not dense. I am always happy with my meal. I do plan on going for dinner and ordering their Cheese Fondue. That would be so good!
