I was checking out some new shoes. Wasn’t really planning on buying. Because the service was really good and the shoes fit perfectly. I ended up buying two pairs! Thanks Luqman for the great sevice. I highly recommend this store!
I found a pair of unique and cute boots at other location when I was pregnant in August last year. I was really looking forward to wearing them in winter, but it turned out that they were too difficult to wear even after giving birth (A lot of people complained same on Tom's website). Fortunately, within a year you can return your purchase if it's unworn. Isn't it very nice? The staff were also very nice :)
Today I came into the store knowing what I already wanted, and thankfully was quickly greeted by a sales associate who asked if I needed help finding the shoe and size.
I'm generally the type of shopper who wants to get in and get out without much interaction, but this sales associate definitely went above and beyond my expectations. For example, the shoes in the box were unlaced, and he offered to lace them up for me before trying them on; and after I completed my purchase he went to my side of the cash register desk, gave me my bag and thanked me!
Of course he asked if I wanted any shoe protectant or socks, but as someone who also works in retail, I know that upselling is part of the job sometimes haha. Nonetheless, big shout out to him for doing a super great job at his job! :)
