I was there right as dinner service began and things got busy. We had the lobster special, and everything was good. The food was served very promptly. Overall our experience, including the service was good, but it did seem like the restaurant was getting chaotic as the tables filled up.

This restaurant is the worst dim sum place in Richmond I have been to. The hostess was incredibly rude and yelled at our group when we asked politely for a 4 person table. She screamed at us for interrupting her because she was busy. Of course you are busy in the restaurant, but this is your job...s
We were so disappointed after paying so much money and received very little and poor presented dish. We order a six pounds king crab and they probably cheated three pounds.

Great dimsum every time, especially their durian pastry. I saw some guests order 10 durian pastry dishes and finished them all, and that's when I tried it. It was the best I have ever had. Horrible customer service. We put our names down to Ming so we could wait to be seated. We stood there waiting for awhile while new people coming on the list got seated first. Later we found out she "didn't see us" and proceeded to seat other people; even when we were right in front of her.
