Really fresh and good sushi!!!! Service friendly and highly recommend the lobster roll and mango California! Little pricey however if you are looking for a good eat, defiantly one of my favorites
This sushi place is a diamond in the rough... The food could come out a bit faster but this is not fast food sushi. This is gourmet, well crafted sushi and dishes.
I am SO happy a new sushi place has officially opened up their doors in Steveston, Richmond. The restaurant itself is not that big… approximately 20-25 people can be seated. My friend and I went there during our lunch break and we were the only customers at 1pm during a weekday. We actually enjoyed being the only customers there at the beginning.. so we can take our time capturing photos without people staring at us, even though I’m pretty sure it’s a natural thing nowadays when you go out. Cameras always eat first.
The food is very fresh and very meticulous, but the price is a little high, but it is worth it.
Absolutely delicious. Super fresh and super yummy. They have fresh Wasabi! You know the sashimi is gonna be good when they use fresh Wasabi.
The outside looks like a strange hole in the wall sushi joint, but the menu says different! Look at my pics and you'll. See what I mean. Order everything!!!
I came here to celebrate my birthday, without any reservations as it was decided on the spot and so that was why we didn't reserve. However, we were lucky enough to grab a table, even though the server told us it would be a wait because we didn't want to sit at the sushi bar. Luckily, we didn't have to wait too long for our table, so it is recommended you book a table early!!! I must say wow! the food was amazing, I ABSOLUTELY loved their Mr. Lobster roll and the volcano scallop roll, sooo tasty. The lobster was not hard or rubbery and the scallop roll was so umami. The toro nigiris was very tasty too. The only thing I didn't like was their oishi/box nigiris...there was just too much rice to fish ratio...other than that, I had a very good dinner. I recommend my friends to come here every time we are in the area. Prices are on the expensive side and it doesn't seem like it is made by authentic Japanese people.
