Soirée absolument délicieuse ! Nous avons débuté par un de leurs cocktails absolument génial pour ensuite partagés deux entrées, Acra de morue et Carbonara d’oignon, à ce point nous étions déjà conquis…
Par la suite, nous avons choisis tous les deux l’agneau, wow, un pur délice avec sa cuisson parfaite et un match irréprochable avec sa croute de pistache… hummm
Pour les desserts, nous avons à nouveau partager le gâteau aux carottes et le chou à la crème caramel beurre de sel… SUBLIME … Quelle découverte !
For those looking for an elevated restaurant experience in the area, this place is a solid option. They offered up classic dishes like magret de canard and onglet de boeuf avec frites using local ingredients. I wasn’t wowed by innovation of flavours and textures for the price but everything was well prepared, the cocktails were tasty, and the service was excellent.
I went to Rose Ross with friends I hadn't seen for a while.
The ambiance in the restaurant was lovely, with dim warm lights that made it a very pleasant environment to share a good bottle of wine.
The food was very nice. We had the fish balls and akras balls as an appetizer, and then the beef with vegetables, chorizo-stuffed squid, and duck. All three plates were good, with the beef being a highlight.
Overall, the experience was good, with the kitchen striking a delicate balance between high-end and homely. The price tag is a bit steep for it to be an every day - or every week - restaurant, but for special occasions, it is a great choice. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
It was my first visit yesterday and it was a real pleasure! The food was great and the service was impeccable! To give you an example, I ordered a beef tartare and got served a tuna tartare by mistake (which happens, nothing wrong there) the person told you something funny "You know what you do when we prepare the beef tartare? You taste the tuna tartare as well, it's on us". That was a cool reaction from the staff and a really commercial touch. I recommend this place, great discovery!

A really lovely restaurant with great satff.
The food is absolutely delicious.
I has the duck and truth be told, it was cooked perfectly !! I rarely had the occasion to eat such good duck dish.
Plus the homemade bread ... you have to try it ... so good !!
