I've ordered from monkland grill a couple of times, some good and some bad. pizza is delicious, thin crust and good sauce. I would stay away from the Pekilia, at least when ordering takeout because it was basically a tzaziki soup with some small spanikopita and other small appetizers drenched in sauces i.e not good! stick to the pizza and sandwiches.
Lovely restaurant. I simply love to go to this restaurant because the food is great, the waiters are friendly and the place is good looking.

Good!. The first time I tried this restaurant was when my boyfriend and I were in a hurry to find something fast and inexpensive on a friday. We ended up ordering their 2 subs, 2 fries and 2 sodas deal and splitting it. We were impressed by how fast the delivery came (we live pretty close though, so I guess we shouldn't have been, but you know). We were really satisfied with this as it was tasty and under $20 (before tip, of course). Then one day we decided to walk up to Monkland and try them again. I had the chicken brochette with a Caesar salad and he had the club sandwich. The food was good and inexpensive. Our server was great too, we were going to get dessert and instead of letting us spend like $10 on some cake she let us know that the pieces were really big and we'd be fine to split one. We found it really considerate. The amount was perfect. For everything we got it was a great value. My boyfriend even said that it was the best club sandwich he ever had in a restaurant. While we were there we also noticed how much they appreciate their regulars. Almost everyone who walked in was on first name basis with the staff. Definitely a great go-to for good food at a great value that is just as good delivered as in-restaurant.
