Decent market. Has couple great food options. Ann the soup place had great assortment of soups. Filipino steamed buns were also great. And the lava honey. Must try if you are over.

It's a very interesting little fresh market in downtown Halifax with all local goods. There are a number of stalls for fruit and vegetables and other products all made by locals Halifaxans. The market takes place only on the weekends.

The new location was vibrant and fresh! Full of vendors and customers that were taking it all in. Organized, well laid out, large clean bathrooms and great variety. Warm and friendly!

First time visiting the FM in this new location at Pier23. Great paroduce, bakeries, artisan food products and art. I bought a monster-size blueberry roll, ate 1/2. And a good bowl of seafood chowder for lunch.

Stopped by this Farmer’s Market before heading home to Toronto, and there was such a friendly vibe here. Shout-out to Sable shortbread for their delicious Father’s Day souvenir treats!

Great venue, lots of amazing vendors! An overall great experience for our family. It was great meeting local farmers and business owners. We loved the port as well and the face painting :) Food vendors were yummy and clean! We especially loved the bakery that had gluten free options :) Just wish there were more fish vendors ;). Definitely worth a visit if you are traveling to Halifax!

Great little market to go to! A variety of food selections along with small business owners selling their products. Great to go early in the morning, get coffee and bagel, and watch the ocean outside!

Great little market….I would consider it more like a flea-market opposed to a farmers market. A farmers market would mean actual farmers would be there selling their farm-to-table farm items. It’s more local vendors selling handmade goods, home cooked food, coffee and some businesses promoting their products. Either way it’s nice.

Excellent market! Many diverse food stalls (empanadas, Greek food, Indian food, bakeries). Shout out to the shortbread vendor, Nutty Acres granola and Rudi's hot sauce. Extra loved their products!
