Good beer - fun young college age crowd. Enjoyed sitting, sipping, listening and watching.
Wish someone could emulate this place in Montreal. Such a cool spot - popped in for some beer (which, by the way, their drink selection is MASSIVE) around 5-6pm on a Thursday and the place was already bumping. Love the huge tables and our door space - the cornhole game is a cute touch. We grabbed a pickle and chips which is self explanatory which was insanely good. Also recommend trying the sour beer options and the John Lemon seltzer which is essentially a hard lemonade but on the more bitter side which was to die for. A few people beside us grabbed hotdogs which looked and smelled amazing (so much so we tried to go back on Sunday and grab some to find out the garden is closed on Sundays). A really cool, chill crowd which really made the ambiance phenomenal.

Overall really nice atmosphere with plenty of benchest to sit on and it's dog friendly.

When I'm back in town I will definitely come back and visit.
Beer garden name describes it all. Open air seating and a popular place for the young folks to hang out.

The best selection of high quality and sometimes difficult to find craft beer (together with the Barrington St location). Cans can sometimes be purchased to take home as well. Great atmosphere and well sheltered from the wind (unlike the waterfront). Food options are solid as well. Ice cream is available on site which is great if kids are involved.
Good drinks and food; outdoor seating
The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. Love the space! I found the food a little overpriced for the quality and portion but it was still tasty. Would return again but maybe just for drinks.
Had a good time here, love the outdoor environment especially under current circumstances, as soon as the sun goes this place lights up, very pretty. Beer selection for draft is good for the size of the place, they have a huge can selection as well which is the best move for them. At points, had some trouble finding hand sanitizer, we were served well, albeit a bit slow. Still, do recommend this place for a summer evening
OMG I discovered this spot too late during my stay in Halifax. Easily walkable from downtown you enter this magical place. Better experienced at night with the lighting music and atmosphere of people coming together and enjoying the simple things in life. Turning and empty lot into a happy place with food and local beers is how a city becomes a treasure hunting paradise.
