Visited for a meal on a weekend. Food had right quantity and service was timely. Atmosphere was great for having conversations (not too loud or quiet). Would go back for another visit.
Had the festive chicken dinner special.I always love the Lindor chocolates and this year there was a scratch and win.

The highlight of our visit to Swiss chalet, Bayer's Lake was Donna, our server. The food was excellent, as always, but Donna made the dining experience extra special. She was attentive, intuitively thoughtful, efficient, had a good sense of humor and, in general, an excellent ambassador for your restaurant.
I left my purse behind upon finishing our meal and Donna rushed out to the parking lot to flag us down and deliver my purse. There should be more Donnas in the world.
Excellent service and great staff. Last time, noticed a lot of people had their fall jacket on while having supper. I asked to have the room temperature adjusted. And they couldn't.
Food was great, service was very polite and courteous. I'll definitely recommend!
We arrived close to closing. But. The staff stepped up and definitely delivered. They were happy to serve us, was very attentive and didn't once mention it was closing time. Our hats off to the staff and our server that was preparing for this trip out west. Thank you very much
If you are in a hurry, avoid using the drive thru. Painfully slow. Other than that the food was exactly what you would expect from Swiss Chalet.
Always cozy warm good food here. Atmosphere has been improved too to be more modern after a recent renovation to the location. Also has a takeout/pickup window inside and a drive thru for pickup too! Kale side Caesar is delicious.
