The highlight of our visit to Swiss chalet, Bayer's Lake was Donna, our server. The food was excellent, as always, but Donna made the dining experience extra special. She was attentive, intuitively thoughtful, efficient, had a good sense of humor and, in general, an excellent ambassador for your restaurant.
I left my purse behind upon finishing our meal and Donna rushed out to the parking lot to flag us down and deliver my purse. There should be more Donnas in the world.

Excellent service and great staff. Last time, noticed a lot of people had their fall jacket on while having supper. I asked to have the room temperature adjusted. And they couldn't.

We arrived close to closing. But. The staff stepped up and definitely delivered. They were happy to serve us, was very attentive and didn't once mention it was closing time. Our hats off to the staff and our server that was preparing for this trip out west. Thank you very much

If you are in a hurry, avoid using the drive thru. Painfully slow. Other than that the food was exactly what you would expect from Swiss Chalet.

Always cozy warm good food here. Atmosphere has been improved too to be more modern after a recent renovation to the location. Also has a takeout/pickup window inside and a drive thru for pickup too! Kale side Caesar is delicious.

After a long night of deciding where to eat, we finally found home at Swiss chalet. We were absolutely delighted with our sever Livia. Excellent knowledge on the beer and wines and so glad she recommended the garlic cheese loaf. She was also extremely accommodating with my sisters food allergies. Hope to get her again on our next visit. 10/10 experience!
