My bf and i decided to go for a drive and give this place a try and we were so glad we did. The prices are very affordable, we had 3 adults meals and a side meal and paid less than $40. Hubby got the country breakfast and was surprised when a heaping plate came out, he couldnt even finish it all but loved it. I had the hot turkey sandwich and it was amazing! The food is wonderful, tastes just like homecooked food you'd find at your mothers dinner table. service is wonderful and atmosphere is cozy and quiet. We will definitely be going again:)

What a little jewel this Diner is! We had the sweetest server, and the food was great...did I mention the scratch gravy.....always a great sign of flavor to come. Thank you Douglas Diner, we'll be back for your Taco Salad and Homemade Pie!
The Chef /manager is a tremendous cook. I've been cooking for 42 years now and have learned over the years that if you have a cook's position and you can't make soup, sauce or gravy, don't call yourself a cook. Melissa is the Chef manager and she can do all of the above. Her gravy, that I had, Monday at dinner, was "drinkable." I'll be back over and over again! Quality food and very reasonable prices!
Absolutely terrific place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Our server was very friendly, our order came quickly, and the food was great. We will definitely be back.

Stopped here for lunch and had had the country breakfast which was delicious! Our waitress was terrifically very friendly even though she was busy. Great place to grab a good meal!

Had tomato basil sausage breakfast, very good, perfectly cooked. Service was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, entryway crowded while entering but understand it can be difficult with a small entryway. My sister had a steak and it was under done, but was replaced with a smile and a free desert. Overall a good visit and look forward to our next meal.
