Claudine's is hands down the best breakfast restaurant in the city! If you like eggs benny this is the place to go! The food is great and the service is outstanding. Their new location on the south side is beautiful and inviting! Claudine's is a must stop place for delicious eats in Fredericton!

Claudine’s new location provides a welcoming and friendly environment. Their food is unique to the Fredericton area, providing guests with homestyle maritime dishes. Whether I’ve been there for work meetings, with friends, or with my young family, I have always had a great experience and felt welcomed. I highly recommend their brunch menu or their seafood chowder.
