Kenny and his staff were pleasure to work with. We hosted our daugther's b day party. Kenny was very easy to work with and everything went without a hitch. This is a great venue for anyone who is looking for an intimate venue to host an unforgettable event. Highly recommend it.

came here for afternoon tea with my gf and it was amazing! they are extremely accommodating. we had to call in to push our reservation time back because we were running late (bc traffic...) and they had no problem with it! the tea was perfect and their pastries were delicious. their savoury bites were the perfect size to much on. im not a big fan of sweets but my gf said their desserts were on point! definitely would recommend this place!
Nice place for high tea in Burnaby. I find that tea places are always out in Vancouver so it's nice to find a place close to home. Tried the tea set and some desserts. It's weird because apparently they only sell a certain amount of each dessert a day so even if they have extra in the display case, they're not available for order. We were going to try the matcha cheesecake but that didnt end up happening because they didn't let us get it.

This high tea place is a hidden gem in Burnaby. There is a parking lot in its complex but it depends on when you go. The parking lot can be full easily. If so, you need to park on the streets. The parking lot has two hour free parking. Nice!!
Once I stepped into the tea place, I felt everything inside looked very elegant and beautiful. It gave the customers a comfortable feeling to enjoy some tea and pastries in the afternoon.
My table had 9 people. We ordered different pastries such as signature cream tea set, luxury English tea set, secret cake, mixed fruit waffles and matcha red bean waffles along with different types of tea. All of them tasted great! Of course the presentation of each dish including the tea and drinks were excellent. One thing we did not feel satisfied was that our waitress missed one of our dishes that she did not place an order for us and one dish of waffles came very late. We had to wait for quite a long time.
The customer service was excellent. All servers were very polite and friendly. Their pricing was similar to what other tea places charge in Vancouver. My friends and I think that this tea place is great to have a bridal shower, baby shower, any get together and etc. It is a great place to be relaxed, drink some tea, enjoy some delicious pastries, chit chat and etc.
The rainbow latte is absolutely stunning!!! Cannot say much about the food here, we just had the mango mousse cake, was very light and airy. Service is super friendly!!! But I feel like they forget about the little things. We did not had glasses of water at our table and the latte came without a stirring spoon... So I used the fork.

Audrey Moment Afternoon Tea is under the new management, so whatever I read in some blogs might improve. It’s only walking distance from Metrotown Mall. We went there for lunch, since me and my friend will shop in the afternoon. We were the first customer arrived early. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Ambiance was great and I must say the place was really clean. I just fell in love with there decorations inside. It has a glamorous and classy vibe. From chandeliers, chairs and wallpaper.
i like the cakes very much ，last time my friend invited us here，i think the tea also good taste，the bread of sandwich feel better，many cakes in the menu，you can choose $28 set，two can share the tea，I remembered to choose the green and my friend chose one ice coffee ，the washroom is a style decorate as a simple clean

Great Value. I got the luxury set and it was quite a bit of food. I was very pleased for the quality and price of the food. Scones are flaky and buttery. Place is very cute, great for bridal showers. I saw a complaint about the amount of food, I think Maybe that person don't go to high tea often, $28 for so much food is cheap. If you go to Urban tea merchant it's around $60 per person, but of course it's high quality there as well, perhaps better. But $28? It's very quality for it's price. Will return soon. HOWEVER Please do clean the dust or Maybe renovate and change the toilet, it really ruins our perception of the place After we take a visit to the washroom. It's so easy, just clean it ofte, then it's an awesome place.
Great Birthday High Tea. I picked high tea meal from this restaurant for my birthday lunch with my wife. The inside decoration was very classy. the menu was simple. Two sets of high tea and we picked the luxury. It included two set of tea. The waitress forgot to mention 2nd set of tea so we got the 2nd set of tea in the mid way of our meal. The waitress did give description of each item but in a soft voice so we could not really hear. The pasty is amazing though. It was better than the one we had in London. It was one of the best high tea we had. We truly enjoyed the meal.
