Well friends and family!!! I have found the spot of the year. Atlas Steak + Fish Burnaby, located at The Grandvilla Casino.

We went here for a friend's birthday. It is a nice restaurant beside the casino. We were served with complimentary in house baked bread. It came with regular butter and blue cheese butter. It was very tasty.
Nice decor with a wall of wines! Amazing food and service!
Excellent place to get a quality steak in Burnaby. Highly recommend their lobster bisque with scallop, steaks and seafood. We ordered 9oz Beef Tenderloin in medium rare and paired with Truffle & Parmesan Fries. Delicious!

Atlas Steak + Fish recently launched their new summer menu for the season, and I had the opportunity to try these new dishes as well as their iconic menu staples earlier this month. Complimentary Bread with Blue Cheese Butter . As a self proclaimed connoisseur of bread, this review would be incomplete if I didn’t mention the amazing bread and butter at Atlas. The bread is served warm and is the perfect vehicle for the creamy and pungent blue cheese butter. It was a struggle not to eat the entire pan!
The last time I was at this restaurant it was still EBO, but I heard this became an upscale restaurant since and I wanted to come try it out. Was here for dineout, but just never had a chance to do a write-up. The food was pretty amazing. Although when we were first there, the waiter had asked if we wanted a drink. We order and he told us that they were out, and recommended a similar drink. Little we know, when we got the bill, it was a few dollars more. I felt that he should have told us that, but didn't. I wrote a comment to them, but they just gave me the regular "thank you for letting us know, we apologize blah blah blah". Are they striving to be better? Or will they strive to con more people? Not sure, but I don't think I have any plans of going back.
In late 2017, Atlas Steak + Fish took over the former location of EBO in the Grand Villa Casino to bring us an upscale steak and seafood house centred around their specially designed, mesquite-fueled, Josper grill. Arriving early on the weekend for their dinner service, we got a very nice table which faced out towards the piano and bar area. We were pleasantly surprised to have a pianist playing a mix of pop hits while we dined and we had a fun time trying to guess the names of the various songs he was interpreting with his own style.
Today I was invited as the plus one to a media dinner at “Atlas”. “Atlas Steak + Fish”, the new restaurant within the “Grand Villa Casino”, in Burnaby. I have been to the casino and visited the restaurant’s location on many occasions, prior. But back then it was branded as “Ebo” with a very different feel and menu.
