A nice fast-food place that offers healthy options. Actually, I'm not sure if it's that healthy due to the large amount of dressing they put on, but it's probably one of the more nutritious options available in the food court. I tried the Local Tofu in salad form, which was tasty. The dressing provided good acidity and flavor to the refreshing tofu; a combination that worked well together, even though there was too much dressing for me. I also liked the way they cut up the salad and had crispy dry noodles, so that there was a little bit of everything and some crunch in each bite. Service was great as well, and the generous portion filled me up (though at $10, it's a little bit pricey). The noodle boxes look really good, so I'll be back to try that!
