Great little spot downtown to grab lunch. Casual, friendly, and decently priced. I love the vegetarian and vegan options. I will definitely be visiting again to try more options from the menu!

Best Sandwiches and Salads in the City the owner is very nice. The service is friendly and quick. They do catering so i recommend them for any gathering, parties or even meetings.

Really likes the sandwiches here. Nice decor and clean restaurant. Service was good and quick. Would definitely come back and try the other items on the menu. Really enjoyed the rueben it was yummy.

Always beyond satisfied!. I've eaten here a few times now and I'm always impressed. The food is sooooo good, so much flavour and so fresh. I will definitely continue to come here. They do great catering too!

This is my favourite lunch spot. Quiet, interesting and great food. Everything I've had has been fabulous. My favourite is the pesto chicken panini and do yourself a favour and get the house salad. It's that good. Such a great Winnipeg locale! I wish they were open weekends.

Awesome!. Triple Decker Grilled Cheese! Provolone and cheddar with roasted garlic puree, soups excellent and veggie burger is pretty decent too!

The whole package here. Great food, including soups and breakfasts. Awesome tin ceiling panels and a cool little location. Sevice prompt and friendly. Right next to Red River so expect lunch hour to be insanely busy.

Amazing and friendly service, sandwiches were delicious. Take no time at all for a food to be brought out. When we left everyone said good bye and thanked us for coming. Highly recommend checking this place out. I will definitely be coming back

This was such a new experience for me. I met my son for lunch - he suggested the place. It's downtown, right near Red River campus. It is not fancy! But clean and the food was well prepared and came quickly. Good selection of menu items and reasonable prices. I'll go there again for a fun date with my wife. 😗

We had lunch at Kay’s yesterday and it was amazing The soups and salads are freshly made and unique. They even offered me a taste of the carrot soup before ordering as I wasn’t sure if it would be too spicy for me (I’m a wimp). Above and beyond for food, service and atmosphere (make sure you check out the ceiling). The coffee was great and we got our food FAST-definitely going to be my new favourite. The pear, sugared walnut and havarti cheese salad needs to be added to your menu Kay-it was so good!
