Little bit of a wait but worth it
Well run DQ. Really enjoyed lunch with my grandson. Excellent fries, chicken strips and onion rings. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was served hot! What else can you ask for?
Old school type fastfood restaurant in Colwood. I got coffee, and it was just average. The crowd is mostly the locals, the people living in the area. They sell ready made birthday cakes. The price seemed high compared to Walmart and Thrifty food.
I usually don't dine in fast food places. So don't let the atmosphere review Leave a bad taste in your mouth. It's just a personal preference but I absolutely love ice cream and enjoy every single thing that these people have. On their menu to offer ice cream Related as I am a vegetarian I Even have their app on my phone, that's amazing. Bogo and Has a lot of deals that change often. It isn't always just the same. Buy One get one free Type of app.
Stopped in for lunch with my dad on Sept 15th and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from the cashier and rest of team, very refreshing in todays fast food culture. The food was also delicious and timely. I also noticed containers on the tables with ketchup mustard salt pepper and napkins, which is much more convenient and classy than the previous setup. Lots of families coming in and elderly couples, it was a calm and peaceful atmosphere in there. Thankyou for raising the bar, we will be back :)
This DQ never disappoints. I was heading in for a few treats for the family and saw a huge line, but the line moved super fast and I was out of there with delicious ice cream and on my way. The staff were super friendly and professional and they were very efficient in getting everyone their orders. The best part was the survey on my receipt to get a free dilly bar on my next visit. Now I have a good excuse to go back!
Snorted "crushed rockets" through a 1 dollar American bill on the back tables of this fine establishment.

The gentleman taking my order was great. Pecan cluster is no longer on the menu. Without hesitation, he customized my order. True customer service. Thank you.
The staff working tonight did a fantastic job! They were all super helpful and friendly. The assistant manager on tonight has got himself a very organized crew. Even when it got busy with Skip orders, they were all great! The cook even came out to make sure I knew which burger was the special order one. This is a great crew!
