this is the best tim hortons in all of saanich. i cant fathom why it’s closing. it’s been routine for me to get tea most days here since moving to the area and i’m gutted that today is my last day grabbing tea from this location. the staff were always the best, super fast, so friendly and never got an order wrong. good luck y’all, hope to see you at another location & thanks for my morning teas for the last year.
The staff are very very nice, in Canada day, I didn’t know the store doesn’t open until 8 am as it is holiday, so I ordered online for pick up.
When I arrived, I realized it.
The staff said she will still make me one, which melt my heart, so sweet!
Therefore, I will be more aware of what time they open in the future.
But overall, very nice!
Staff remembers your name over time and are great with unconventional orders and almost always u get a simile.
The staff do a great job managing the chaos that often ensues with where this restaurant is located.
Now that was a turkey bacon club! Great assembly and overall sandwich.
Food was the best I've ever had from a Tim Hortons, otherwise it was average.
Not my usual Timmies but on par for what is expected. Food is done problerly, orders are accurate and staff is kind and polite.
One minor issue is you may wish to avoid this one if you are driving a larger vehicle because it is a small parking lot and at peak times it can get difficult to maneuver in and out.
Service was great the day I went and the coffee was really good.
Very friendly staff, foods always good.
Cheryl served us with an amazing attitude. She was so helpful with answering our questions about the new coffee listed on the menu. Her happy vibes spread through the room. Thanks Cheryl!
