Was working as a cashier here one fine April day, when a crazy looking man came in, stole a donut, and ran into the hospital. He then shoved a donut down the throat of another man. This startled me and I politely asked him to leave. He refused, and I was close to calling the cops prior to him yelling "GOD IS GREAT" and promptly injecting himself with ketamine and falling asleep. We threw him out the door and he was gone the next day.
we had been looking forward to a white hot chocolate for the whole of our stay. it was the light at the end of the tunnel.
The gentlemen who helped us tonight was the nicest, friendliest guy. And he wouldnt even take a tip.
In a place like a hospital, folks like him can make all the difference in the world to a little 9 year old boy, who has been in a bed for two weeks. 10/10
The best Tim Hortons I've been to in a while. Service was very pleasant and fast but more importantly the food actually looked like the pictures! I've become so used to deflated sad versions of their menu images but this location prides itself on delivering you a quality product. Every other Tim's location could learn a lot from this one. Bravo store 5049!
This is not a full feature Tim Hortons bit what it does do it does very well. There is no specific Tims seating bit there is some hospital seating available and as a patient it is always nice to get some danish and coffee brought to my room by visitors. The service is fast tje wquality is good and thearea is kept clean.

I was waiting here for a while to be attended to, so while I was waiting, I bought a donut. My symptoms of likensub got worse, so I went to the ER. In the operating room I was conscious and remember the doctor saying something like “Give him this... it’s from another Tim Hortons.” I felt better within seconds and, on my way out of the hospital, I bought another donut. Next second, my body fell to the floor as I’m now in Hell. Overall 45/10 would die again.

I think the guys name was Kyle... but what a pleasure to deal with in a simple exchange of money for coffee. Really had an impact on my day and was nice to run into someone that really seemed happy with their job.... which is really rare. Usually cashiers are grumpy and seem dissatisfied but Kyle seemed to be just as happy to give me my coffee as I was to be getting it. Certainly hope the next time I get a tim hortons from the vic general that kyle is there to hand it to me.
I was visiting my cancer-filled cousin at the hospital when I went to the conviently located Tim hortons to drown my sorrows in donuts. Then a guy with 11 donuts came in and told me about this crazy time when he shoved a donut in a dead guys mouth 5 minutes ago. Then I found out that guy was my cousin. I broke down sobbing when he offered me a donut and told me the legend of a different Tim Horton’s. I felt way better after that donut!! 332/24 loved it
They were very helpful to adapt a drink for my ketogenic diet. If one orders a London Fog with cream instead of milk, and 3 portions of Splenda, it is creamy but retains a reserved complexity.
Only two staff on around 230pm Monday july 17th. The baker and the other lady wer working so hard and provided amazing service. The place was clean and had a great vibe to it!
