The employees here are always so friendly and nice. Every time I’ve been in in the last 6 months they greet you as soon as you walk in and are very fast and efficient. It’s been different employees everytime that have gone above and beyond 😊 I appreciate this and always leave a tip

Great owners I ordered on the app since the app thought they were open till 10 but because of the snow they closed early so I contacted someone about a refund and even after I got the refund I go an email from the owner apologizing for what happened something they didn’t have to do because it was already resolved shows that the owner does care what’s going on in their store

My brother and I came to this Subway(Sooke Rd) after we initially went to Island Highway Subway. The server at Island highway was serving a lady at approx 350 PM Sept 12. The server Melanie was the only person visible. She had poor customer service, not listening the the lady as she placed her order. The lady asked for Chicken Panini but the server put beef. When the customer stated that she asked for Chicken the server dumped the beef from the bun which the meat was already on back into the container on the line. The concern I have with it that is . the potential of cross-contamination. As well as poor customer satisfaction. Keith

Kathleen is really nice and took care of the customers in the restaurant, a line up of a few people, while the other employee "stocked" the rest of the vegetables. I believe that the customer should come first and Kathleen totally did just that. Thanks for the pizza sub Kathy! :)
