My favourite sushi place in Victoria! Margaret and Don are absolutely amazing and provide the most astounding customer service and the freshest, best tasting sushi in town!!!

I read the Google reviews, and I found this little place I recommend the food is fresh and tasty! The personal is so friendly they give me one small soup to try and was so reconfortant, definitely im going to back. I ordered the spicy tuna roll 👌

All of our food was delicious but the beef udon soup was our favorite!! The food came quickly. The small restaurant area is decorated in a lovely way (creative and cute). The music playing was classical music and was a good volume and relaxing. The owner was kind and friendly and very personable (knew customers by name). Would definitely recommend and will be back! Excellent food and services! I made a quick stop to pick up some food before taking a ferry back to the U.S.
We ordered a teriyaki chicken and tuna sushi bowl. The food was ready within 10 minutes and both dishes were very fresh and tasty. The tuna bowl with the spicy sauce (called Gochujang if you are familiar with Korean food) was filled with flavor.
The owner provided more than excellent service - she brought us some cold water while we were waiting for the food to go and perfectly packed the dishes at our convenience. Her hospitality was one of highlights of our trip in Victoria.
I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants fresh and healthy meals.
Wonderful owners, clean and beautiful atmosphere. You don't even sense the atrium behind you. The sushi is priced well and fresh and crafted expertly.

I had no idea that a truly authentic Japanese eatery place exists. This restaurant is located on the first floor of a building. I walked by it many times.
Food is authentic. The couple (Magarete and Don?) running the restaurant make truly authentic Japanese/Korean style food. They are super friendly. The food tastes like what I had in Japan. My avocado sushi is delicious. Reasonably priced.
Great value for the price you pay. I would go back to try other vegan Japanese food without any hesitations.

Great counter service and lots to choose from! I ordered avocado rolls, a Philly roll and a Teriyaki Noodle Box with Veggies and Tofu. They've been here for 9 years!
Don't be fooled by the location in an office building lobby, this charming sushi restaurant is a gem. The Chef Don's Special featured fresh salmon and tuna, avocado, sunflower sprouts, gree
ns and a delectable home-made dressing. Even the miso soup was first rate, rich flavor and finely diced scallions that release their flavor so readily. Highly recommended.
Not only is the food great here, but the customer service is some of the best I have ever seen.
The owners are so nice and courteous, and provide detailed attention to each customer.
I got the grilled chicken roll and it was so fresh and delicious. You can tell they use good ingredients here, and really know how to make proper Japanese Sushi.
