The barista really accommodating. I just asked whether its possible to use dark roast beans type in my Americano, he said thats only for espresso. But then he just custom - drink that on the spot for me.

I get coffee from this store once a week and there is usually a line for customers to order. Very friendly staff. Bought a cup too, the vacuum insulated tumbler, works really good to keep the coffee warm for up to 4 hours. It doesn't last that long for me, since I drink my coffee in a shorter period of time. They should clean the outdoors tables more often since the weather is getting nice outside and the tables are normally very dirty.
I went there yesterday, Customer service was excellent by two sweet ladies. I don’t know the names but they were nice and polite.

Quick wifi and excellent service. Alot more layed out then all the Starbucks in barrie. Would defiantly recommend here for any future Starbucks needs.

The staff here are very friendly but most importantly, competent! I've never had issues with my order here.
Professional and friendly staff. Very clean, excellent wireless Bell WiFi internet, fast drive through, lots of parking in large well lit plaza. Great place to rendezvous. Take first exit for Barrie, left at the light [west] of the 400 and go left at the first light on Mapleview into the WalMart plaza. Try a french press, even better, ask for a coffee tasting, it's free and fun.
