Great ramen and great friendly service. Etobicoke needs more cultural variety and we need to support this food diversity. I had the spicy Ramen and the broth was rich and full of flavour. The pork was perfect and a large portion size. My only minor critique is that the noodles were slightly overdone. Will definitely go back.

I went there on Labour day and the food was amazing. Although it was very busy and was a bit of a wait, still even the presentation was fantastic!

An honorable man trying to run a good business and it shows. It's a taste of some great Japanese street food made by a super nice Japanese man. We recently moved to the Humber Bay Area so looking to find some local hidden gems and this is definitely one of them. If you haven't tried it yet you should.. It's worth the wait!

The food is spot on. I watched Nobuya actually strain the broth for each serving of ramen as he prepped the dishes.You can tell that there is passion in the cooking. That being said the wait times are a bit too long. I believe it's a solo operation though so make sure to call way ahead of your planned meal time.
