The food is excellent and I love how unique the menu is. It's far better than the other Mexican restaurants in the area and is worth travelling across the city for! The atmosphere has a relaxed casual vibe to it and the servers are friendly.

Tonight we happened to be in the Yonge & Eglington area looking for something to eat. Tio’s Urban Mexican looked like a cute spot so we decided to try it. We started with some chips, guac and pico de gallo. I liked that their chips were a mixture of potato and taro. To drink I had a classic Paloma with grapefruit juice and tequila.

This place was amazing! Very affordable tacos with amazing quality. We ordered the beef and fish, and the fish was my favourite, full of flavour! We ordered the grilled corn as well, it was great but a little too pricey for 1 cob of corn. Our server was really sweet as well. Already planning our trip back!
