The location in Fort Mac has always been excellent overtime I am up there. Been multiple times for both lunches and dinners and never been disappointed. Food is always good and exactly what I expect. Location is convenient and parking is plenty. They have a good patio area as well and a big dining room as well as a solid lounge area. Personally I'd recommend it if your trying to choose a place to go.
I was in shock having learned that the Sheraton in Toronto is right under the flight path. I saw that Moxies was 400m down the road. Rated 19th of over 6000 restaurants in Toronto; I thought it can’t be bad and...
The food was great! Really tasty. Well presented.
Moxies was busy despite it being a rainy Thursday with no big conventions
Service was great, prompt, good humoured
Definitely somewhere I can recommend
I came to Moxie's for lunch with my mother today and had a great experience. We were greeted with a smile and were seated right away. The service was prompt and the food was great. The manager came to our table and made sure everything was good. We love coming here. Thanks for always smiling, Shane!
We like Moxie's. We've eaten at a few of the locations. Friendly staff and good food. The portions are fine for the average person, and they offer mini portions of dessert.
Clean restaurant, good food, good service. Nice selection of menu items to choose from.
Need more characters.. Wine list is good, you can get beer.
Out of all the Moxies in the city, and I’ve been to basically all of them, I would say this one has the one with the best service. I ordered the roasted Wild Mushroom Ravioli with arugula purée, truffle lemon sauce and baby tomatoes, which looked much different than I anticipated. It was covered in the truffle lemon sauce in a zigzag pattern and I found that kind of amateurish. The taste was satisfactory, the mushroom flavour came through and the tomatoes brightened the whole dish up but nothing mind blowing. The Pumpkin Spice Crème Brulee is something that’s seasonal on their menu but it’s a must try! Great creamy custard filling with a perfectly crispy sugar layer and topped with kahlúa whipped cream and roasted spiced nuts, and yes they substitute the kahlúa whipped cream with regular whipped cream.
Beautiful. Nice and beautiful decor, good food and the waitresses are so 21st century modern and rocking it. Loved looking at them and even my wife stated they earned their tip lol.
Yessssss. Incredible food and fantastic service. This place exceeded all my expectations. The tacos were phenomenal and the steak was delicious.
Arrived shortly after 6 so seating was not an issue.
#1 restaurant. Great food, great drinks selection and champagne, beautiful servers these women cannot be from Scarborough, and always busy so atmo is guaranteed
White Chocolate Brownie. My job entails me to pass by Scarborough Town Centre almost daily, and so I am well acquainted with this Moxie's.
Service: 75% (if average were 67%)
Atmosphere: 80% (dim lighting works well for dates)
Food: 85%
Now, the food I rated an 85%, but realistically their appetizers and mains are average (67% being the 'average' mark). The one thing that stands above the rest is the White chocolate brownie, listed in the title. It is the only place I know that produces such a thing, and it is heavenly. Although some people complain that it is 'too sweet', true lovers of desserts will drool over this. Truthfully, I only go for this, which is why I usually order a light meal.
The only downside to this is that it is notoriously hard to ask for 'no whipped cream' on the white chocolate brownie. Unless you are allergic and tell them, you will almost always get the dessert topped with excess amounts of whipped cream.
