Try to walk in??? “Mais non!” Call ahead as we watched many turned away which added to its delicious exclusivity. Want to drop by unannounced? Try after the late seating at 8:30 as some food goers were surprised with a table.

My husband the lamb shank and when I say the meat fell off the bone I am not understating.
These guys care about gastronomy. If you want a fabulous meal experience? Place the call. Finished it off with a crazy mindblowing and world peace saving apple caramel dish.

From start to finish, the whole experience of L'affaire Est Ketchup was one of, if not the best, dining experiences we've had.
Our personal food porn Guru is Anthony Bourdain, and when he featured this 8 table plus eat in bar which uses electric stoves to prepare fantastic cuisine we were amazed. We found the opportunity to make a reservation when we came to Quebec City.
Veal sweet bread appetizer. Perfect. When asked if we wanted more bread for dipping, we reluctantly declined because had our mains yet to come.
Scallops and blood pudding over mashed and Osso de Bison. The scallops were done to perfection, and the bison was possibly the best cut of red meat I've yet had. Our servers were excellent, and their pairing choices completely and unerringly complimented our meals.
Special coffees topped the night. Thank you for one of our best culinary experiences thus far!
