Our personal food porn Guru is Anthony Bourdain, and when he featured this 8 table plus eat in bar which uses electric stoves to prepare fantastic cuisine we were amazed. We found the opportunity to make a reservation when we came to Quebec City.
Veal sweet bread appetizer. Perfect. When asked if we wanted more bread for dipping, we reluctantly declined because had our mains yet to come.
Scallops and blood pudding over mashed and Osso de Bison. The scallops were done to perfection, and the bison was possibly the best cut of red meat I've yet had. Our servers were excellent, and their pairing choices completely and unerringly complimented our meals.
Special coffees topped the night. Thank you for one of our best culinary experiences thus far!
I spent my birthday at this restaurant. Everything was amazing. LITERALLY everything. The food was presented well and was sumptuous. My favorite part was the wine picking. There was no list, just a tall cupboard full of wine bottles! It felt like shopping at the LC. The servers were really patient and helpful as we are not fluent with French. They were really accommodating. The food might have taken long to be prepared but we did not mind the wait as the smell of the cooked meals were intoxicating! Would definitely come back when I come visit QC again
Après plus de 10 visites c'est toujours une expérience. La bouffe est délicieuse mais c'est l'ambiance qui nous y ramène de fois en fois.
C'est juste trop cool comme endroit! Le menu est déclamé comme un poème. L'accord mets-vins, du ciel en bouche! Je suis conquise à chaque fois!
Nous avons amené un ami, fan de cuisine, essayer votre resto. Nous étions en plus aux premières loges pour vous voir travailler avec passion et efficacité tout en étant , ma foi, bien sympathiques. Notre ami a été impressionné et nous, on s'est dit qu'il ne faudrait pas attendre si longtemps entre chacune de notre visite chez vous.

Ayant vu l’épisode d’Anthony Bourdain à Québec et ayant également appris la nouvelle récente sur son décès, il fut obligatoire pour moi d’y manger. Une de mes meilleures sorties à vie.
