I've been to this location several times and food is decent. Not happy about being charged 2 dollars for guacamole on vegetarian salad - used to get one scoop included in price. Salads are good but quite expensive now.

Very tasty!. Love it here! Everything is amazing especially their hard shelled pulled pork tacos. Service is very fast and they are extremely helpful. A bit pricey but worth it over some burger joint.

Love it!!! Not sure how everyone below had such a negative experience when I've eaten there numerous time and its always great. Staff are friendly and keep the line moving when busy. Ingredients are always fresh and well prepared. Portion sizes are generous. Mucho consistent greatness!

I'm not sure is the management has changed since some of these reviews that are over 7 months old. My wife turned me on to Mucho Burrito as I was skeptical at first to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised and have since been back many times. I found the staff very friendly and they are always fast pushing the lunch time rush through. The toppings are always generous and seem very fresh. I went to the Kanata location today for the first time and was extremely unimpressed. Not sure of it was an off day for them but I got a medium burrito that was the size of a small at the South Keys location and the chicken seemed dry and old. Some of it was so dry and hard I couldn't eat it. I can't understand how the Kanata location has a score of over 80 percent and the South Keys only 51 percent. These numbers do not reflect my experience at the South Keys location which is top notch!

I love Mucho Burrito in South Keys!. I have been in Mucho Burrito many times and the food is great and to be perfectly honest it is much healthier choice than other fast food restaurants! The price is reasonable if you want tasty ,healthy and fresh meal,if you however want 2 dollar food then you can go to Mc D. and feed yourself with fat and cholesterol.The staff is friendly and polite and also they don't act like robots like in other fast food places where people are not even smiling.
The salads are awesome!

Gr8 Place. I went to Mucho Burrito at South Keys on Friday. In spite of busy lunch rush, I was surprised to see the speedy service. The food was fresh, delicious and really hot. Manager and staff were very polite and courteous. I would love to return here quite often.

I enjoy going to.mucho burrito,one of the few places I actually eating at that are fast food. Not sure why others had a crappy time. My portions were always large, always was greeted with a smile and pleasantly surprised how fast they rang me through. Maybe im just more pleasant to be around:-S

Was thrilled when they opened a mucho so close to home but the horrible service is enough to make a drive to other locations well worth it. Standing around and being slow shouldn't be found in fast food. And the teenager who worked behind the cash just sat there playing on her computer and didn't have a clue what she was doing. Just awful!!!
