This is my go to for some of the best butter tarts I have ever eaten. That and the sandwiches. This aren’t you two slices of meat that briefly met a piece of processed cheese. No way! These are sandwiches with more content than most meals yet their prices are as good if not better than the premade slapped together offerings of the chains around the city. You can drop in or phone in your order and pick up the best damn sandwich you will ever eat.

Going to get my favorite sandwich is my weekly treat to me. The staff are wonderful and know me and what I like, the sandwiches are fresh and seriously large. They will always accommodate any changes you request. Great cookies and pies and tarts. It's always busy and deservedly so.

The Brave Heart. Best sandwich I've ever had! Have to try out as many as I can. I can see why they're opening a third location. Maybe if I go every day for a month I can try them all.

Food is excellent, fresh and made to order. Prices are good and service is normally good. I had gone a few times when the owner was not in (who is very friendly and approachable) and the service was poor. Ladies at Deli counter chatting away with customers but not actually making sandwiches. The line up was not moving so I left. This has happened twice for me, I frequent them less often with these experiences.

Everything is always so fresh and delicious. My favourite sub is a meatball, and they make the best meatball sub I've ever had! I love this place, and go there every chance I get!

Why go anywhere else for a sandwich? Frank's is my go to Friday lunch spot. I usually order the same sandwich every time and split it with my boyfriend. The sandwich is LOADED with meat which you never see anymore. There can be inconsistencies with the sandwich but that's to be expected sometimes. Overall this is superb spot. They have tasty treats too!

My first time at Frank's was on Monday, July 13 and I HAD to go back on Thursday and Friday to try out other deli sandwiches. My favorite of the 3 was the Godfather. And don't forget the tarts...

My first visit - tried the signature sandwich (#1). Nice and spicy cuts, with spicy picked eggplant, made a very fine Italian sandwich. All for the low price of $5.50!

Still the same sandwiches!. We went to Frank's yesterday and got the same big, delicious sandwiches at the same prices ($5.50 was what we paid for 1 sandwich). Great spot, great sandwiches!

Great food. The sandwiches are tasty and hearty, and fairly priced too. Their butter tarts are delicious and we have enjoyed several items from the frozen food shelves too.
